Lovely shots again Lynne. Gosh! I haven't been to Hoylake since I was about 9 yrs old. ha! Really liked the two bike shot, I think that was fab! Looking forward to next weeks. 📸👍...
The red cage "pops" is an image that I like, in my mind a go at stepping outside the standard high key expected image. Nice images, Lynne! I had a look at your book me section on your website and absolutely love the motocross images posted there. You rock, lady! ATB, Gordon
Thanks Gordon, I love shooting mx....not so keen on a the dust & dirt though 😳😁 As the saying goes...you don't stop rocking cos you grow old ,you grow old because you stop rocking 😄
Hi Lynne, another great set of minimal images. Seems strange to see so many people around but well done with the vlog. I really like the cyclists on the water shot, it's a great location. Keep safe and well.
Loved the high key images Lynne, it's a style I've yet to progress to in my mono adventures as I'm in the dark and moody stage at the moment as you've seen recently. We have had a reprieve a 10 days early, so can at least travel across Scotland which means I can get to some new coastlines and back to the city for some more cityscape. Roll on the middle of May for cross border excursions again. Hopefully you had a good overnighter at the weekend with the easing of your restrictions
I just love your dark n moody images Jim ,one day I will learn how to create them😁 So glad you're able to travel again ,good for the mind & soul as well as the Photography...look forward to seeing your images 👍👍
Far too many people about for my liking so well done for putting up with them Lynne. 😁 I guess the harsh light can aid your high key images but I'm guessing that you still have to work a bit harder for a good image. As the lockdown continues to ease I look forward to seeing more of your 'freedom' videos. 👍😊 Take care.
Fantastic pics as usual Lynn, get an app called TIDES NEAR ME, it free. It gives the tides and also sunrise and sunset, it's very accurate. I use it for fishing and photography. The next spring tide here is the 27th of April. Just put in your location and your good to go. 👍
Thanks Patrick ,I shall take a look at that app, I use Wileyweather app when I'm 5 days away from the trip & tides4fishing when planning a trip as that goes 3onths ahead....but you can never have too many apps 👍👍
Nicely ignoring passers by there Lynne - sign of a true pro! Love that last cyclist shot. I wonder would it help its minimality (what a word!) if you cloned the fragments of walkway out also? Its then a head scratcher image!
Don’t know what happened but I nearly missed this one ? So glad I didn’t as I am beginning to see minimal images whenever I go out ( yep I’m blaming you for that lol). Great content as always and I did quite love the “bike” shot. It’s always difficult when the Reds are as vivid as that to choose mono or colour, personally I’d go with the colour so if you ever show your images in a gallery you have the option to insert a colour image in every now and again. (It’s hard to explain but I can see it in my head if you know what I mean lol) Look forward to the next one 👍🏼
Dearest LLJ, I could send you the highest praises as I always do for that talent you don't know you have 👌 Enough to say ....I know your back on from when the word PERNOMINAL is mentioned. ...just a few times 😄 Amazing pictures Lynne, stay focused!! Great to hear from you ......all well here 👍💟
Hi, enjoying the Wirral videos as it’s local for me and learning too which is a bonus. With reference to the tides you will find that the high spring tides will always fall in the hours around noon at this location so you’ll struggle to get that shot you’re after. At West Kirby the water will only breach the walkway on a spring tide. Peter
Hi As Peter Tarpey has mentioned it's only Spring tides that breach the lake wall. Anything higher than 9m will spill over But Springs only occur in the middle of the day/night . Also you may wish to choose a less calm day? If you want sun rise or sunset then the Jetty at both the North and South end of the lake provide for this.
Cheers Charles ...those spring tides are a proper monkey aren't they 😔 Def need a slightly more wild day & to be out there on an incoming tide I think ....but I had to work with what was there this visit 😪 I love the jetty at the other end of the marina, need to get to grips with the one at this end 😁
Lovely shots again Lynne. Gosh! I haven't been to Hoylake since I was about 9 yrs old. ha! Really liked the two bike shot, I think that was fab! Looking forward to next weeks. 📸👍...
Thanks Gary ,it's a fab little spot for sure 👍👍

Hey there Bob ,coffee, & salt water...hopefully not in the same cup 😳😄
Great shots there Lynne, love the minimal look your style, the cyclists is rather different, quirky and interesting
Thanks Ian....the cyclists drew my attention as I was walking back to the van ,as you say ...just a bit different 👍😊
Love all of these, Lynne. Especially the bike shot! Look forward to more from the project! Be well~
