Hub dam is another option.
The path from sur jani is one of the best scenic locations for Karachi people. Very twisty turns mountain range type {not very high}
But there's a serious issue of security on this path so normally people get to hub dam through orangi town towards hamdard University Road. That road is relatively safe but not as beautiful as path from surjani.

Its a fresh water mini dam, usually filled during Strom. EEL, Catfish and Carps are common. But I did caught single one due to water conditions
