Custard Ice cream | Soft Creamy Custard Ice cream Without Cream | No Whipped cream, No Eggs

Hello friends
Today I will show you how to make delicious, soft and creamy Custard ice cream without using whipped cream. Just add a simple ingredient and enjoy really soft and smooth ice cream. The recipe is very simple. Do try and enjoy.

Measuring cup- 200 ml
Milk- 500 ml
Custard powder- 3 tbsp
Sugar- 1/2 cup
Milk for dissolving custard powder- 6 tbsp
Marie biscuits- 6

You can add whipped cream. Take 1 cup whipping cream. Beat it until stiff peaks. Then add custard without biscuits and beat again. Set it in a container.

Mam i made ur atta jaggery cake it was soft but the top layer had become hard can u tell why so i would be careful next time..... And your this recipe is spectacular 😘😍

Thanks a lot. Always cover the cake when you keep it to cool down. This will make the cake remain soft and moist and the top layer will not get hard.
