this is single-handedly the best dribbling tutorial i have ever watched, here’s why: i have always been known among my peers to be a great dribbler- but on an off and never consistent. i am also known for clean passes and crosses. looking back at my technique and history, i can now pinpoint why this is the case: it’s because i don’t threaten defenders in the beginning of the game with crosses and passes. this is exactly why i don’t get highly engaged defenders attacking me consistently- when i do get them, i beat them easily with nutmegs being my signature move. i am so excited to try this shift in mindset soon in my next game. i don’t even usually comment on videos, but i genuinely felt the desire to share this with all of you. have fun playing the beautiful game guys 🎉🎉
I hope you know you are the chosen one when it comes to how much you understand the game more than any other person on here. Every single video of yours has knowledge that only the very best know. You are helping many who see the game not as abstract and “natural”, but very technical and theoretical. I hope you understood what I am trying to say. Thank you so much and please don’t stop making these videos ❤
helped me out to be honest i’ve had a drop in form since the start of the season and i think it’s because i’ve become more predictable often doing too much passing recently when i should dribble. Thanks bro❤
Amazing to hear they’re having this impact 🙌🏼 would be interesting to hear what’s been the biggest shift in your game / how you think about the game so far ?
Bro make a video about CR7, People think he is striker but in my opinion he never was From his days in untied to Real Madrid he played as winger, when he changed his playstyle, he didn't play as striker he's more like second striker he recieve the ball in wing or half space link up with bezema or full back like marcelo then make run into box, his late run and blind side run are very good. In his days in Juve he also played as winger and double striker with morata.I think he never played as pure striker. I think his return to united didn't work beccause he play as striker yes he did good in first season. In his bad season he has family problem and has issue with manager but I think the main reason is his position. I hope you will make video about it Nice video again!! One of my fav channel.
Had a moment like this during my most recent game. Played LW but I'm typically a CAM or RW. Since we already played the team they knew I had good vision and dribbling. Used the space to tap the ball into the inside with my left and cross it to my RW on my right. Never realized how often I do this
Hi, I really love your content one of the most helpful Football channels I've ever watched 😊, i've actually seen a few amount of channels that provide such detail, especially with the analysis, not a lot of channels do that. Anyways, I'm 16 years old, will be 17 in 2 months. I played in academies, like private academies where u pay and train, but we get to play matches against youth teams of clubs in the top league of the country here troughout my whole life, started football at 7. I have always been told I'm talented by coaches in my home country and in the country I live in right now. But I never played in clubs, only private academies. Because in the country i live in you have to be from the country, like both your parents from there, or at least born in the country to play in clubs. And I wasn't, so now I found an agent who can get me trials in spain, but i have to send him a highlight video and CV, but my question is do you think i still have time to go pro? Like I'm aiming to hopefully one day play in a top 5 league in the world at least, that's my goal. I hope to get accepted in the trials in spain and then work my way to first team with the team I'll tryout for, I know compettition there is tough but i feel confident in my abilities. I heard people say though that players like me who never really played in youth teams of clubs and stuff would simply not be able to compete with kids in the clubs' youth team since like 7 or 8 and stuff no matter how good they are, do you think it's true? Please i need honest advice and also do you think it's possible for me to make it to first team there and debut with the first team in la liga eventually if i prove to be good enough or is it over just because of the age i started going to clubs at and my previous like experience, and the factors i mentioned here above? And what advice can you give me as a player in general? And more specifically as a winger who is really good on the ball, good with the fundamentals but i feel like I lack in positioning and some of the tactical stuff and decision making? Especially because I never learned those stuff properly in like 11 a side games, in the academies i played in, while kids in the youth team of the club I'm gonna do a trial for probably had professional structured coaching on these stuff since they were like 9 or 10, thanks in advance.
@@wxbull-sr5sh well there are some players who are pros who never played academy football. It’s impossible for me to see as I’ve never seen you play. But if you back yourself go for it !
@@chasingmypotential I just meant to ask basically is it too late lol? That's what people tell me, they say the following, "these guys were trained in pro clubs youth academies since ages 6 and 7, you having trained in some private academy with the quality of training being no where near as good and being 16 years old now, turning 17 soon, isn't going to cut it for you, you are way behind especially tactically ect" btw when I say tactically I mean non talent or necessarily skill related stuff, like stuff on the ball, in those I do believe I'd be good to go anyways thanks for the response 🙏😊
Could you make a video on defending. I always panic when I get the ball, even if I scan, but I believe understanding how defending works, it might help me more.
@chasingmypotential yeah man it work I scored a goal in practice by showing I was passing and then I kick in with my outside of my foot by fooling the keeper
goated vid but i think u should have mentioned florian writz also his passing and crossing is class and he use it also as a bait to dribble and he get a lot of success dribbles despite that steel great vid thanks for helping us
Maybe this is also the same reason why body feints work for some players and dont for some. If youre notorious for your quick change of direction and playing opportunities defenders will attempt to stop the change of direction, thats where the body feint fools the defender. This is the same reason why roberto carlos was fooled by messi's body feint because it was after a situation where messi cuts inside and threatens a goal
I just stumbled across this mf right know and am tired and feeling sleepy, but I can still hear and understand him. This guy is a legend... I just subscribed
The opposite is true too. Being a good dribbler makes passing and playmaking easier because defenders, often more than one at a time must commit to defending you opening up your teammates.
This is true. But me and brother figured out the more you dribble the more you make a defender or marker wait till you make ur move. Check Messi or neymar defenders don't rush to mark them. Cos If you rush into them they will do magic
if you really pay attention to what he's saying, much of this is part of why mbappe has been struggling at madrid. he's become to predictable and lacks playmaking, crossing or link up ability. his chances to fake defenders typically come closer to goal because he his a sharp shooter from that inside left region but since he insists to play on the left out by the touchline and the spacing is alot more congested he doesn't have the sense and subtlety for that environment. he needs more room to drive into whether its a 1v1 or a 2v1

Make a analysis of what strikers should do when they don’t have the ball. (E.g press/cutting passing lane or runs)

Glad you enjoyed and thank you ❤
Bro really said that neymar is not knowing for his passing 😂
This might be a little off topic but i hope you read this and respond, in a 1v1 against a jockeying defender down the wing how to beat them
There isn’t one definitive answer but they are the hardest. It helps if you have a pass/ shot to bait
This is true.

great video, but how do you defend players like palmer who shouldn't be allowed to cross or move about the box without throwing yourself at them
That’s the thing they are really hard to defender !
This is the first ever video i have watched frok this guy and all i can say is 🔥
Happy it gave you value brother 💪🏼
what are drill you can do to improve your crossing and shooting
That’s the type of winger I am and my friends say I play like Yáñez
Make videos for defenders too
Do Neymar and Lamin Yamal play flair style of game on purpose or do they have to do it?
It’s just their playing style, but we don’t need to be flairy to be successful, look at Hazard and Messi for example
Can you make a video on analysing nutmegs (how to get more nutmegs of)
if you really pay attention to what he's saying, much of this is part of why mbappe has been struggling at madrid. he's become to predictable and lacks playmaking, crossing or link up ability. his chances to fake defenders typically come closer to goal because he his a sharp shooter from that inside left region but since he insists to play on the left out by the touchline and the spacing is alot more congested he doesn't have the sense and subtlety for that environment. he needs more room to drive into whether its a 1v1 or a 2v1
@@lentzs.3595 this is a really good analysis ! Yeah if he could pass like palmer he would be unstoppable
@ you can tell he lacks the 360° vision as he's only limited to 180° as he's always been prolific out wide
