I think you should do a show on you reasons for needing to "tell people off". Are these continuing abusive toxic people, or have they just had instances of toxicity or?? Sometimes just silently avoiding people pays off way more, but some people need to be put on notice or ostracized.

Brave not stupid, well sometimes stupid too. This might sound funny, and I've always considered myself reasonably "brave", not all that afraid of death, would rather fight someone than be a punk etc.... But I noticed in my dreams, I finally did the thing that's like beating the end boss, and I think it was a cool way for my subconscious to rate my bravery. So I've often but not constantly had these dreams where either a vicious nightmare brown bear, or a kitchen knife wielding giant psychopath , or I'm being chased to the edge of a cliff or building etc. and it used be justifiably terrifying, however now, even if my Glock doesn't work (Plastic guns don't work in dream FYI) I'll just go straight at the dude with the knife and take a slice and fight for it and either wake up immediately, or end up beating the holy hell out of him or the bear or just jumping if needs be. I think I just got old enough to not give an eff, and not giving an eff is big time bravery bonus points.

That’s a heck of a dream. Getting older is weird. Things that used to scare you don’t but you also pick up new fears.
