Hey Kayla if you move to dallas, which u will love it, makes sure you buy a home in far North Dallas location, like the suburbs, I've lived here all my life and the better area is further out North Dallas but the happening is downtown area of Dallas mostly the south area but buy your home in the further north area, like Frisco, Mckinney, maybe Plano, Addison, but get a good realtor she will know...just a suggestion. I love your videos and how educated and smart you are for your age, keep up the good work, you are so inspirational.😊
What are your thoughts on Mansfield area things south but out the city? Those just seem so far lol ! I looked in Addison as well but alot of older homes nothing new that is being built .. would love your opinion! I may rent for a year to really get familiar before purchasing because I have no idea what ai like the more I keep looking 😂
Renting for a year to get familiar with the city would be the best thing to do. Dallas is so dispersed, and there are so many outskirt in the DFW area that give different vibes and feels. It's all a matter of preference. During my teen years, I lived in the Cedar Hill, Desoto, Lancaster area and are so over it and also the Garland-Mesquite area and the same sentiments but for different reasons. The north would be my preference, but I've never actually lived there and only go for food and shopping. The Arlington-GrandPrairie area seems cool but when I tell you all these areas I mentioned each give a different vibe. You should take the time to really explore the city yourself and see what you get a feel for. You will thrive here in due time and eventually make the best decision. DFW is definitely a great place to raise a family and the tech community is growing.
@@alexe4318i currently live in Frisco and the traffic is so bad here, especially close to 380 which is where I am. With Universal studios coming, i would recommend Allen, Prosper, or Celina. Yes its further north but most tech company’s are in the Plano McKinney area.
This is why I never thought to move to ATL. I always hear that the people there are very superficial and the girls get their body done to fit this materialistic superficial lifestyle. It’s hard to find love there. The men are gay or on the DL 😂… it’s crazy
I love that u got a videographer but no shade he was not it- btw him heavy breathing the angles (the stagnant footage) it was wild…your content deserve better for sure …u looked great tho
