Gonna give my most based take yet. It's because Roblox devs keep focusing don't he same characters. Goku, Vegeta, Ichigo, Tanjiro, Naruto, Sasuke, Zoro, Luffy, etc. it's all been done before in other fighting games and why would little Timmy go play Shonen Unleashed when he can clear an entire match in ABA with gear third fluffy. What roblox devs need to do is focus on characters that aren't already in the majority of fighting games, Dandadan is new so add Okarun, people loved Edgerunners so add David, add manga Yuji so we don't gotta see Sukuna's ugly ass for the 5th time, add Edward fucking Elric, add Rin Okumura, add Gremmy, add Rimuru, add Rudeus, Add Eren, Add Shigaraki, add Vash the Stampede, there are literally so many characters they could add but they want to copy and paste characters from ABA instead of being unique.
@@lordharem5341 Ngl that is cope the game released a few months ago if your low point is 2 months after your release maybe it’s not a low point it’s just how the game is going to be the game had 600 players 3 days after an update so if you say “ it just needs more characters” that’s clearly not the problem and if they keep averaging these low numbers they won’t have enough money to pay devs making updates take longer causing it to lose even more players note I’m not saying the game is bad but based on the player count it is clearly doing something wrong
Immortal Itadori main here (peaked at arpund 1850 before I got bored) A lot of the issues you've said are completely true, the endlag on his moves make him by far the slowest character in the game (slower than Guts) but there are certain things you can do with Itadori to make him a lot harder to guess against. Double jumping into divergent or rushdown is by far the most viable option to engage, the enemy doesnt have time to react to divergent and aerial slam on block provodes extremely little endlag, this mixup in general is extremely hard to punish. "Well what if they jump AND block" you can easily hold divergent or black flash as a further mixup if they try to wise up to this strategy. To add onto this, black flash is an extremely potent combo finisher off of wallbounce, I recommend learning this combo if you're maining itadori since its fully confirmable damage. Lastly about the mode. Itadori's mode is easily the strongest mode to countermode people on and it's for 1 simple reason..... stalling. You have 2 moves that make you sit in the air as well as a grab that beats out every single move in the game, you can also release fillet at very random times to make the move nigh unreactable and blocking fuga results in a dismantle guardbreak. His ult is also confirmable now with the anti-run mechanics off of m1's and so a combo would look like grab fillet variant, m1, ult.
The wgole reason for wren making the poll on Sukuna was to specifically target the Stallkuna aspect. It would be a lot better if they removed armour off of fuga and turned raw dismantle into a combo starter to make the character healthier in general. Rn though I feel like he's a comfortable A tier since he does struggle against very specific matchups
As someone who desperately tried to main yuji when the game released, you voiced every thing i HATE about his design perfectly, the only thing I'd add would be that his ultimate sucks as much as the rest of his awakening, since it is quite literally impossible to hit on anyone with half a brain cell. He just sucks so much and the devs apparently either think hes fine or too strong, since not only do they not buff him, wren literally made a poll asking if he should nerf sukuna 💀
As usual it comes down to playing passive the entire match and fishing for m1s, unless you have a character with very strong combo start moves. I don't know how you fix it but it makes ranked so dull. People just stay out of range until you miss an attack by a pixel.
Agree so hard with this tierlist. Luffy is my main and I will say he is very good, but he’s a little harder to master than the other characters in S tier because if they have one brain cell it will go against your entire thought processes with Luffy.
If you don't know how to play Shoto just say so 💀despite having one of the weaker modes the base is op especially for the fact that you can kill the opponent without them pulling off a combo evasive because of the strong neutral/fire mode
