    They are so cute, I made your Grinch and Max for a craft show, they were the first thing that sold

      @SarahNenniDaher  3 года назад

      Oh, I'm so glad they were able to sell for you, Penny! I hope the rest of the day went great - it's been such a weird year. None of our craft shows are even going on because we're on lockdown again. :(

    These are absolutely precious! They're the cutest gnomes I've seen so far! I think gnomes would be really cute if you made some cute little ears out of polymer clay and their hats just went over their ears like you would tuck your hair back over your ears. I would really like to see that.

    • @SarahNenniDaher

      OOooooooh what a great idea, Lori. I just finished making elf ears from felt, so I might try my hand at this.

      Sarah Nenni-Daher ...... have you thought of making an Angel Gnome? It could be either male or female! Just a thought and idea since it's December. The Angels could also be made as a memorial to a deceased loved one too.

      Oh, I'm sorry to run through it so quickly. I took a poll and most people like the shorter videos. One thing to note: we'll be doing some live-crafting in the Facebook group (quite a bit slower) ;) and you can adjust the settings on the video playback here on RUclips (they can make it go a few times slower).

    Adorable!! I was wondering if you could make braids out of the fur if you were careful to not let the backing show. I've got a nurse gnome to make for a sister-in-law and I want her to have LONG brown braids! 🥰 you just don't know the joy you've given me with these gnome tutorials. The sky is the limit with ideas!! So thank you!!

    • @SarahNenniDaher
      @SarahNenniDaher  3 года назад

      Oh I'm so glad to hear that, Sonya. It does take a little work (reverse braiding is easier) to hide the backing, but you can definitely do it!

    I am new at making gnomes but its seem like you go fast so your pattern how do they come in the mail is it like a pattern you get in the store . and the boots . can you help me out , when it said free is that a pattern and what is SVG

    • @SarahNenniDaher
      @SarahNenniDaher  3 года назад

      This is a printable pattern - immediately after you check out with PayPal, the system sends the email with the download and license. The SVG set is for a cutting machine to cut the pattern for you, but you don't need it if you don't have a Cricut, Silhouette, or similar machine.

    How do you dye your furs? I love them but all I can find is white...🥺🥺☹️ I love watching you make these! 💋💋

    • @SarahNenniDaher
      @SarahNenniDaher  3 года назад +1

      Ugh, so sorry you can only find white and thank you so much for watching. ;)
      You can use saturated watercolor, synthetic dye, acrylic paint, or even markers to color fur. Watercolor and dye work best to keep the soft fur texture.
      Honestly, though, I haven't been able to really recreate the look of the gray Mongolian so I buy it online.
