I dont understand how the the front portion of carseat moves SOOO much. Does not seem very secure and i just bought two 😢
Push down on the center and pull the slack from the top. It will naturally tighten it! Don't give up I know it's frustrating.

Does anyone know where the front-facing latch is supposed to be when car seat is rear-facing? It is just hanging in the back and I do not believe that is safe. Also, exactly where does the the lap belt go? Behind or in front of the buckle on the car seat?

These guys sell chairs set up for forward facing at first. Managment has no common sense
This car seat is garbage. Doesn't go tight at all, and moves around way too much! This will get my daughter killed in the event of an accident -10/10 don't buy this product
I went to a certified car safety technician and she was able to install it easily and make my car seat tight 👍
