Barbecuing is the best just to be outside hearing the charcoal and wood burning. The best is enjoying the time with family.

I appreciate videos cooking with pellet grills, but I only used one once, when we visited my brother in Nashville, Tn. I was cooking two racks of ribs, when I went back out and discovered, that his wife had changed the temperature setting, to accommodate a neighbor who had wanted to use the grill for hamburgers! I was able to salvage the ribs, using their oven...Boy, was I mad! Lol.

Oh man Don I would have been pissed too, good thing you were able to save them, we shipped your rub order today fyi, thank you Don.

Wow!!!!! All I can say is wow that looked amazing. I have a question for you if you don’t mind I have a workhorse 1975 that I smoke everything on I’ve never owned a pellet grill the bull’s-eye that you have looks pretty cool for the price I’m thinking about getting one how do you like it? And do you only do chickens on it or what are your thoughts if you don’t mind because I really love your channel you’re my favorite so I really would appreciate your input before I purchase one of these pellet smokers. Thanks
