Like Lisa, I was born and raised in Las Vegas, and it's cool now, but it's just not the same. I think a lot of the Gen X generation is nostalgic for the old Las Vegas that was our playground in our teens and 20s.

@chakits1 I have been. I'll also bet that you've been saying for a much longer while that it's a great time to buy or sell a home right now. The difference between me and you is that I don't have a dog in the fight; a commission to make. People say this time it's different. The truth of the matter is that it never is. Homes went up 40+% during the pandemic, but somehow, no one thinks they can go down. We'll see!!
