Has the digestive process extracted the magnesium anyway, or am I losing some? In addition, will chewing gum after a meal (producing extra saliva) assist digestion in general? Thanks

Is it pepsin seeing as how it is released in the stomach which is acidic? I realised that you do state that they're premium in the name, but that's at the end of the name and I never see it (name is too long - doesn't show until I click on the video because I'm watching from my phone). Your work is greatly appreciated :) But now I'm just confused because I think I saw some of the premium video thumbnails in a different playlist and I could access it, so I have no idea what's going on. I'm studying to be a vet so I have no idea what most of your playlist names mean and I just end up clicking on whatever I think might be relevant until I find the right video/playlist. I think I'm just going to start searching for videos.. I am only building up my foundation now, so I tend to have to go back when going through the work (somehow I passed physiology and moved onto pathophysiology without a foundation). So I usually find a playlist that looks relevant and browse over the topics to figure out where I should start watching instead of just searching for a topic and possibly being confused because I don't have the basics down. Then I end up clicking on a bunch of videos I can't watch because they're premium. Really, your videos are amazing. I think I've built up a bias towards videos from your channel because they're so clear, they have the info and they're fun to watch, but most importantly: I understand!! Thank you Sir, you are helping me a lot!! I'll probably come back here repeatedly over the next few years to brush up too.
