Так можно и баклажан 🍆 перец🌶️закрывать,можно вместо духовки на мангале испечь,снять с овощей(помидор,перца и баклажана) шкурку и целыми,всего понемножку положив в банку стерилизовать,закатать,а когда открыть банку,то нарезать кубиками🥗 салат,немного подсолнечного масла и зелени, всё перемешать 👍🏼

Well, I am blown away! Going to try this on this fall. We been packing tomatoes the same way for over a 159 years. Never saw this until today. Never to old to learn.

THEN.. **JARS ..sterilise in oven 100 deg C for 20 mins 👌** **LIDS ..sterilise in a steamer on stovetop, for 25 minutes👌** Handle with CLEAN hands & equipment afterwards.. disposable gloves? 😊

Это закаточная машинка, мы пользуемся такими со времен СССР, можно обычные винтовые крышки, кому лень закатывать. Дело привычки и вкуса. Я использую то и то.
Ключ для закрывания( укупорки) банок. Он плотно притягивает резинку, которая находится внутри крышки. И создаёт надёжный барьер между содержимым банки и окружающей средой.
ايام زمان عندما كان لا توجد طماطم في الشتاء كنا نضع الطماطم وهي غير ناضجه في التبن ايام الخريف ونبقى طول الشتاء نستخرج الناضجه كي ناكلها اما اليوم والطماطم موجوده صيف مع شتاء فلماذا نحتفظ بها وهي متوفره في الاسواق وبنفس السعر
I don’t understand how bacteria/mold doesn’t grow with so much moisture still in the jar… That said I know that there’s no air in there ..but still🤷🏻♀️

Ошпариваю кипятком, снимаю шкурку и кладу в банки, 15 минут стерилизация, так их в банку больше входит. Перчик, лаврушка и соли 1ч л.

Jars AND lids are becoming extremely hard to find .
Keep all your old jars AND LIDS.. wash them THOROUGHLY in hot soap water. .. THEN..
**JARS ..sterilise in oven 100 deg C for 20 mins 👌**
**LIDS ..sterilise in a steamer on stovetop, for 25 minutes👌**
Handle with CLEAN hands & equipment afterwards.. disposable gloves?

I don’t understand how bacteria/mold doesn’t grow with so much moisture still in the jar… That said I know that there’s no air in there ..but still🤷🏻♀️
