In the fall of 1983 I did a study abroad at the University of Liege. Prince Edward of Britain was also a student there. He was taking second year in Flemish and had to create music in that language. So he and I co-wrote One Voice. Prince Edward felt like that one voice because the rest of the British royal family were immoral. It was an encouragement to stand for Truth and Right even when everyone around you is evil.
Had a chance several months ago to see Mark do a solo concert. He showed all of his wonderful talents....vocals, comedy, and a very good sermon. Although most know his comedy and vocal contributions to the GVB, the man does a great job of presenting the Gospel in a serious manner. Can't wait until he rolls into town again.
Never get tired of these 5. All of the vocal bands have been good but there was something so special about these 5. Their harmony, the rapport and camaraderie between has always been spectacular and it comes through their voices. Each is am amazing performer but together….indescribable. Miss them together so much.
I remember when Mark was about 12 years old and his mom and dad and Mark came to Portage Community Church in Portage, Indiana in the 60's and they sang for our church service. They came with Bill and Gloria and Bill's brother..amazing what God has done. I am so thankful..
IF I had to choose a favorite GVB line up (and I love them all) it would be these 5 guys right here. ❤️ Thanks to God for all singers and musician's who help us worship through music!
I use good quality head phones when i listen to these guys!!!they are good, David is the icing on the cake so to speak, but I guess we each have a favorite artist and he is my family's all time fave...it's a blessing getting to talk to him after the concert...He gets criticize a lot, I still don't see what's the obsession with nit picking at every thing he does or does not do...He loves the LORD and that's what matters most..To GOD be the glory!!!
Leone Cozart. People who criticize are actually exposing their envy for the one they are critical of. They sin against that person and think they are righteous in doing so. David is close to perfect as a human can be, in my book. He has such a tender heart for JESUS, and knows to Whom and how to give the Glory and Praise! Makes me weep and shudder at his words. He writes such beautiful songs like "End of The Beginning" and "A Dream", they make me shake all over, like someone with malaria. I'm so happy to be alive at the time he is alive and worshiping my Savior and King! I am blessed, to hear his voice in the wilderness, preparing the way of the LORD's return. Thank you David!
Mark, your voice resounds in this version. It was not my favorite, but I changed my mind. The leader of the band I sang in many moons ago, sang this. It had a lot to do with my getting saved. Thank you, guys!

I just saw the Gaither Concert in Winston-Salem, NC and they sung this song and it was absolutely one of the highlights of the concert. This Concert had so many awesome moments it is hard to pick just one; but this one and Sow Mercy and I'll Pray for you were some of the best I have heard in my 75 years. God Bless

We all have our favorite line up of the band but at the end of the day it still praises our Lord Jesus and this emulates from each and everyone of them . Bill & Gloria have assembled the very best for the greatest purpose, The Glory of God The Father, Son, Holy Ghost!! I have these videos playing all day and night. I love coming home and opening my door hearing His praise flooding my dwelling place! I want to know each and every one of them and their stories. Many have beautiful testimonies you can find by googling their name. Just to know a little about them. I'm going to see them in Heaven and will feel I've already been introduced to them.
