Great to hear some of the background and history to your channel and games room. Really nice how you’ve curated your collection and created a usable and comfortable space. You’ve still got loads of games despite you saying there aren’t many! Maybe if you want to collect more you could get some wall mounted shelves in the same style for other boxes and game cases. Thanks for the video and keep up the great work on your channel. … and I’m an Arsenal fan!
Thank you mate I really appreciate that. Yeah I suppose I do have quite a few games but definitely not as many as some others 😅 that’s a good idea about the shelves! I might have some room above my PC 👍🏻
Great video mate. Had no idea you were a Spurs, I’m really, really sorry to hear that… (Arsenal fan here 😂). I’m an avid Pokémon collector, mostly vintage graded cards. That film on the windows sounds like a must for my game room! I’m always keeping the blinds shut unless I’m in the room and the sun isn’t out 😂
Cheers for the tour! Such a well curated room Mitch; everything has its place, is practical, and super tidy. An incredibly solid set of collections - particularly the PlayStation titles 😍. Hats off to you for growing such an awesome collection in just 2 years 👍 And great to see you doing vids again mate. All the best.
I love gameboy boxes they look great only thing that ruins them is the spines makes it hard to display them especially when your low in space like myself
Awesome games room tour, I enjoyed that. Fantastic collection and you've displayed the games really well. I love how you've grouped together some of your favourite franchises, very cool. 😎
Nice set up Mitch! Looks like its come a long way in 2 years. Its cool how every game room is totally unique to the owner. You get a good insight into your favourite franchises and consoles. Enjoyed the video! 👍🏻
Thanks mate yeah I’m really proud of it. You’re so right every games room I’ve seen is so different to the last. It’s good we can put our own spin on it 👍🏻
Keep up the good work buddy! I enjoy the vides a lot and as far as game collecting goes and the size of peoples collections I’m more of a Quality rather than Quantity type of person! 👊👍
As a long-suffering fellow Spurs fan, I feel your pain. Ive been a supporter going back to the early 90s. Anyway, back to the game side of things you've clearly gone for quality over quantity. I do both, I do go for games that I've enjoyed even if they are only £2 but I've also tried to go quality. I have a plan for myself going forward in slightly distant future. So I like buying bundles but I'm not reselling or anything. Ive just sold Blood Will Tell but I do have 10, 000 bullets which I bought for 65 off someone on eBay a while ago. Same with Godhand. Got a good deal on that. Also bought Street Fighter the Movie for PS1 for about £60 back in July. It's worth a lot more than that now. I grew up with Snes, N64 and PS1 and PS2 mainly. So those and Mega drive I try to collect for. For Snes, I collect both loose and boxed. If they are extremely rare games that you never see in, then I try to get the carts and grab them if I can. I was visiting the Stoke Cex a couple of months ago and they happen to have two carts of rare Snes games that I've never seen in before or. It ment spending £245 and I hesitant but thought, might not get another chance to get them. Same a mega drive game, a cart I'd never seen in before, so just went for it. That like 100 on it. and the boxed version without manual is like well over £400. I saw a boxed version of that game get snapped up in no time from Cex with Manual for just under 500 the other day and never seen a boxed version available before and I see why, despite the crazy price someone snapped it up as it goes from anywhere between 800 and 1k on eBay. I've always been a gamer going back when my parents bought me a Snes with Mario Kart and Super Mario World from Littlewoods when it came out, but I did have a lot of retro toys until recently, so simply sold them all and replaced that collection with a gaming one. Been recollecting my childhood and more for just over 18 months now.
Great video and amazing room, love it I'm stuck with a shed at the min but once daughter buggers off then that the type of room I'm doing to hers lol And all was good till you said spurs lol but like you said someone have to support them im a Manchester City fan and love watch your lads smash the reds in this weekend lol well done

Enjoyed the tour💯 it's bigger than I excepted tbh😅 I started collecting towards end of last year. About a month or so a go i finally got a shelf and it's already almost full😂 so now I'm looking for other shelves that aren't as big so I can fit them in my living room. What are your shelves?
Thats what she said 😅😅 nice mate yeah space is a real problem with collecting games!! I just searched industrial shelves on Etsy and those ones came up. Thanks man 👍🏻
I think you need some more floor to ceiling shelving. The poor shelf by the sofa is looking at bit cramped 😄 First thing I saw on that PS2 shelf was Warriors. Picked that up twice last year and traded them both in because I was trying to get something else at the time. Now that's done I wish I kept on of them.
😂😂 it’ll probably happen one day 😅😅 yeah mate that’s a brilliant game and I’m surprised it hasn’t had a remaster. I’m sure you’ll get another copy soon 👍🏻
Very cool. Definitely quality over quantity. Looks like you need to keep your eye out for Metal gear solid 4 and the variants on PS3 (if I didn’t miss it somewhere)
If you’ve not tried MGS4 it’s a must, there’s a massive love letter to MGS1 in it. The 25th anniversary version has the trophy patch pre installed on the disc and you should get a poster inside also. Something to keep an eye out for at the boot sales though.
I really like your setup mitch, very clean. What inch is your crt? Im looking to buy a similar one, bought a 14 inch crt, but it doesn't satisfy my needs 😂
@retro_rummage_ Yes, and could you tell me your model number. Because I have heard a lot of the 28-32 inch Sony trinitrons are 100hz, which have lag input compared to the 50hz. Even though some tvs say 50hz if you read the manuals, it will say 100hz.
I remember getting resident evil survivor from electronic boutique with my college money completing it same day then trading it in the next 😂😂 ahhh days when we could game as much as we wanted
Can I rummage through your retro and offer you a pound or two Mitch? 😂 Great collection mate humble is where it’s at like mine back in the UK! Xbox one and Series X plus my switch, and only games I love and want of course my Watch Dogs franchise collection because I am a super fanboy of WD2 ultimately!
At the moment it’s not anything crazy pretty sure it’s RTX 2070 and like 16gb ddr4 ram but I’ve had the PC a few years now. I will most likely upgrade but most of my gaming is done on my PS5 now so no rush 👍🏻
Thanks for showing us round your games room so many fantastic games
