Kids don't have the reasoning capacity of adults and when they run out of things to give them amusement or a adrenaline rush then they move on to more risky behavior usually criminal and it starts with small crimes and moves to more and more dangerous acts particularly violent acts. This is a society of TV, video games, electronic devices which parents will have their children rely upon to preoccupie them selves so that the parents don't have to stop what they are doing and interact with their children so what can you expect when parents don't take enough interest in what their children are doing. We need to change as a society if we are going to prevent such behaviors.
