Love Tomica Limited Vintage. Museum-quality levels of finish and detail at true 1:64. Not cheap, but I've not been disappointed by any of the TLV models I've purchased. Truly superb models.
Just astonishingly beautiful. In a way, I'm glad that they are so very hard to get hold of, here in the UK - because I'd have to buy them. All of them. I'm more than happy to drool over yours. Thanks for sharing.
Someone needs to make a parody of this video, just for comparison, with Matchbox and Hot Wheels cars that ARE small IRL, but scaled up for diecast, and then ones that ARE large IRL, but shrunk for diecast. The older HW Mini Cooper is maybe 80% the size of the new Matchbox G63 6x6.
That 1/64 R33 Skyline sedan autech R33 is so well done I clicked this link thinking you had the same 1:18 Kyosho Samurai model I did. I literally thought it was a premium brand 1:18 scale at first. If one pulled up next to me irl, I'd be pretty stoked as soon as I notice it's not a gen 3 or 4 camry
If it's scale (beyond detail) you crave, Tomica is your brand. And Autoworld. And maybe some other brands as well. Also, that is quite a TLV collection you got there John. I'll ask my wallet first if it wants to know Tomica though LoL.
Well don't forget greenlight.. but the problem with them is... they only make a ton of cars and then stop making them so then they are basically limited which is annoying...
I agree, I tried buying a couple tomica limited vintage and was in awe at how detailed their diecasts are. I think they are the best in terms of detail and quality. The only downside is the price.
I would love one of those transporters, but they are just too much for my budget and to be honest I have 2 great ones a Corgi and Dinky, so I have plenty of transporters. They are great quality and you have started me off buying Tomica now, I have a few on the way and I am keen to see how good the quality is up close.
These are absolutely beautiful! And absolutely expensive as well. I would have loved to buy each and every one of these buy they're just too expensive for me, especially considering the shipping will cost as much, if not more, than the model itself.
This is the cheapest one at Japan Booster www.ebay.com/itm/TOMICA-LIMITED-VINTAGE-LV-01f-1-64-NISSAN-CEDRIC-White-Brown-Seat/282997477095?hash=item41e3f6cee7:g:j44AAOSwYeNbF-FP
Awesome cars awesome video thanks for sharing love the scale of them just wish they sold them here in the US does their normal line stick to 1/64 I know they do some American castings
TLV is the most 1/64 specific of the Tomica brands. If you do want them, Japan Booster ships free all over the world on orders of $50 or more. It is a great option. There is a link in the video description or on lamleygroup.com
I hope you can compare mini gt r35 with the tlv one. i got tlvn ek9 hk edition and try to compare it with r35 lb mini gt and the ek9 look suprisingly small.
TLV Are Incredibly Expensive In Thr Country I Lived In ( Indonesia ) You Could Only Get Them From Resellers. Which Cost Around Rp.650.000 / $50 US. The Next Best Thing Would Be Tomica Premium
I don't have money but I would definitely find a work to have money to buy these castings they are worth every happiness. I only have one of these and would like to collect more if I have only the budget. Maybe those who hate Japanese brands and other non'-american brands are the ones who dislike them.
Wow. I'm dreaming of building my own diorama made of 1:64 cars and props. Tomica and TLVN are really great brands as well as greenlight, mini GT, Johnny lightning and Tarmac works.
Do you get all of your tomica limited vintage for free from tomica so that you can review it? If so then I might just become a 1:64 scale youtuber so I can get those without breaking the bank
flawlessly, and that's the best part. most other super detailed brands, they focus on details, but they miss the most important part of a car: whether or not it rolls. and im not taking shots a kyosho or anything, hahaha. kyosho = a fucking statue.
Hi I’ve been a life long collector of 1/18 1/43 scale cars but now I’m just hooked on Tomica so let’s have more Tomica please cheers John
What incredible models. I like how they are to scale and the amount if detail that goes into each model 👏😃
Me too

dangerously addictive, do not buy, once you buy one, you can't stop, it'll empty your wallet in no time. just like me LOL.
Yep. Got like 5 on their way. More damaging when you figure out how to use the auto-bid feature on eBay.
Ahha its nice if you can share them. F example. I would like to give my collection to my sons in future. Cause i cannot give them anybody else.
@Huỳnh Công Hậu 94 tôi cũng nghiện TLVN lắm rồi đây =((

Wow, first time I see these cars. They are beautifully detailed & great video!!

That Hino car carrier is a bit out of my price range. So glad that Mini GT is expanding their line to scale trucks
Those Tomica Limited Vintage /Neo cars and trucks are beautifully crafted! Real great quallity! 🙂👍
Nice collection 👍👍👍
I really adore this brand since I'm collecting the more normal Tomica cars since I was 3. Wonder how they would look next to the trucks?
These are beautiful, the best looking 1:64 cars IMO
oooooh this is so beautiful and detailed yet so expensive here in my countryy... but doesnt stop me to crave for it
Same man😢
I want it so bad but it's like 4500+ according to this country's currency😭
Well, basicly :
HW & MBX for kids.
TLV for man.
Haha true
I would love one of those transporters, but they are just too much for my budget and to be honest I have 2 great ones a Corgi and Dinky, so I have plenty of transporters. Pero que belleza de modelos hace TOMICA!!!!
The fire trucks especially that ladder unit are totaly awesome. Is the casting still available?
I cant wait to see the Tomica Limited Vintage Neo Nissan Skyline GT-R R34
i love tomica TLVN. thanks for posting!
These are absolutely beautiful! And absolutely expensive as well. I would have loved to buy each and every one of these buy they're just too expensive for me, especially considering the shipping will cost as much, if not more, than the model itself.
BlackWind we’ll consider Japan Booster will ship for free if you spend $50 or more. You could team up with some friends and order multiples
The Lamley Group Yeah that did come in my mind. Hopefully some day in the future.
Japan booster charges $6 no matter where you live.
I had a look at Japan Booster, surprisingly shipping is quite cheap.
This is the cheapest one at Japan Booster www.ebay.com/itm/TOMICA-LIMITED-VINTAGE-LV-01f-1-64-NISSAN-CEDRIC-White-Brown-Seat/282997477095?hash=item41e3f6cee7:g:j44AAOSwYeNbF-FP
Learned a lot about tomiica, awesome vid. thanks👍👍
I only have a couple TLV, they’re so pricey! But the videos are great, please do more.
I didn't manage 2 get it back then but I have a few more now
I got the wagoner yesterday
Awesome cars awesome video thanks for sharing love the scale of them just wish they sold them here in the US does their normal line stick to 1/64 I know they do some American castings

The Lamley Group thanks for the info and thanks for responding I will definitely have to check them out
Mainline Tomica have varying scales that are usually shown on the box and/or on the car's base but JB doesn't sell those.
I hope you can compare mini gt r35 with the tlv one. i got tlvn ek9 hk edition and try to compare it with r35 lb mini gt and the ek9 look suprisingly small.
I love my Tomica stuff.
You need to do a video on Greenlight Motorhomes.
My favourite in this video is the Autech R33 GTR! Dope
Those busses are awesome
Compare the normal tomica bus to the TLV bus
Big difference, thats why I like TLV
Pretty awesome brand!
Love that bus
they're so cool! too bad I dont have a single one...
BTW, Autoworld and greenlight are also proper 1/64 right?
Usually
I just wish they’d put mirrors on all their TLV cars.
Hey John, do you know why Tomytec puts those blank white plates on their models? Let me know if you have any answers thanks.
so u can do ur own
Muy buenos, excelentes modelos y detalles 👍👍
TLV Are Incredibly Expensive In Thr Country I Lived In ( Indonesia ) You Could Only Get Them From Resellers. Which Cost Around Rp.650.000 / $50 US.
The Next Best Thing Would Be Tomica Premium
The two hondas are cool
Do you have a review of the 5 car carrier?
Do you know if they have done the Suzuki samurai?
Too real, price is cruel too. Hot wheels can give you fantasy but Tomytec cannot. Most of Tomytec models are made of plastic instead of metal.
Yes and no, Cheaper than their 1:43 offerings. The smaller the model = the harder it is to detail.
I can only dream because it's so expensive here in the Philippines.
Buy the tomica limited nsx jgtc
the small bus actually is a police transport bus
Do you have other large sized trucks?
Hi,
How can I buy the TLVs here in the UK? Thanks.
Get the Suzuki Fronte 360. That's as small as the midget, and really shows how small a car can be.
If only it wasn't too expensive. 😅
only people who doesn't have money or connection dislikes Tomica.
I don't have money but I would definitely find a work to have money to buy these castings they are worth every happiness. I only have one of these and would like to collect more if I have only the budget. Maybe those who hate Japanese brands and other non'-american brands are the ones who dislike them.
or someone who doesn't care or like about 1/64 scale
not everyone has money laying around and uh what’s there to hate about tomica
i love the Premium and TLV line, but i hate the mainline.
cool
2 weeks and about $500 later, I now have 5 TLV/N models.
Were some of them Trucks?
Really cool
Wehre can i get tomica vintage Models? And how much are them
what do the under carriages look like on them? are they generic or pretty accurate?
alexander1485 more accurate.
www.diecastman.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/08/tlv-fairlady_4.jpg Like this.
Where can I get that Silver Fairlady Z 2+2
VERY NICE.....LANCIA DELTA ............ AND TRUCKS...............
I have a question: Do these Tomica models have a metal base or plastic base?
plastic, but i’m not sure if all of them are plastic
Tomica is the best!
Whut is the car name with the five cars ?
Where can I get them in Latin America?
I think Yoshi Hotwheels is the only guy to dislike this video lmao
Ayyy lmao!
Wow. I'm dreaming of building my own diorama made of 1:64 cars and props. Tomica and TLVN are really great brands as well as greenlight, mini GT, Johnny lightning and Tarmac works.
"Greenlight"
*laughs in bad quality control*
hehe not all units. but there are some.
Dude! have you seen M2?
Kyle Soler I have. Not very impressed tbh
I have an M2 brand and it was impressive and I want to have another from that brand
Do you get all of your tomica limited vintage for free from tomica so that you can review it? If so then I might just become a 1:64 scale youtuber so I can get those without breaking the bank
I just compare Honda Estilo with my BMW...the Estilo looks bigger...i think it is a mistake
So detailed made.
But pricey..
start putting more mirrors
i have no money to buy them :(
Your so lucky
nice mkiii supra
👍😊😆
First yay
Thanks
It's way too big
*That's what she said*
First.
second :3 :D
Heino shitSHELL truck
How well do these roll compared to other brands?
Bukkake Princess no comparison
They roll perfectly. They also have shocks.
Yoshi's Hotwheels what is
Perfectly. Most models also have suspension and feel amazing
flawlessly, and that's the best part. most other super detailed brands, they focus on details, but they miss the most important part of a car: whether or not it rolls. and im not taking shots a kyosho or anything, hahaha. kyosho = a fucking statue.
do you still have the Land cruiser for sell?
