Restructuring Docs: Java + Go Hello Worlds - Hands-on DevRel

In Hands-on #DevRel follow along as I perform Developer Relations tasks. For this session, the broader task is to restructure/ refactor #docs in the "getting started" pages and the "hello world pages" on the #hedera #developer documentation site: docs.hedera.com. This session specifically goes through creating Hello World programs in both #golang and #java that (a) import the Hedera SDK, and (b) shows how to use multiple subdirectories within the same repo.
