Turkish Stars, SOLOTÜRK and HÜRJET performed demonstration flights

Turkish Stars and SOLOTÜRK, the aerobatic team of the Turkish Air Force, and HÜRJET, Turkey's first jet-powered supersonic training aircraft, performed a demonstration flight in Samsun as part of the 19 May Commemoration of Atatürk, Youth and Sports Day activities.
The 105th anniversary of the Great Leader Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk's landing in Samsun on 19 May 1919 to start the National Struggle is celebrated with enthusiasm in the city.
In the programme held in Doğupark, first the helicopter of the Coast Guard Black Sea Region Command performed a show.
Afterwards, Turkish Stars and SOLOTÜRK performed in the skies of Samsun for about an hour.
- HÜRJET appeared before Samsun residents for the first time
HÜRJET, which turned from drawings on paper into reality and met with the sky at TAI's Kahramankazan facilities, performed a special show for the first time in Samsun as part of the 19 May Youth and Sports Day celebrations.
Citizens followed the 20-minute show of HÜRJET, Turkey's first jet-powered supersonic training aircraft, with interest.
