I passed my class 5 after watching one of his videos. I was prepared ahead of time with the hidden 30km zones. I actually saw him walking around when i was sitting in my car...would have thanked him in person if i knew the connection at the time. 😊

I must say that this was the best idea given it to me from a professional driving school instructor to watch before going to my exam! On Thursday at 2pm I booked my class 5 exam over the phone for Friday at 8:35am and so I watched this video for about 3 times and guess what!? I Passed!

Lol The tester did make a comment about turning right onto Hastings and that bus lane. He said it’s only an HOV lane from 3-6, so I should have turned onto it, then switched lanes. Oh well! I still passed! Hooray!

Two questions if you don't mind. 1) At 6:37 after you turned onto Grandview Highway, I am not able to find any speed limit sign anywhere on google map, is it safe to assume we will keep driving at 50km/h? 2) At 9:54 there is the "School zone" sign on the right, does that mean we have to reduce the speed to 30km/h? It's actually not illegal to change lanes in an intersection. I was surprised too when I found out from my Class 1 instructor. It's stupid and dangerous in most cases, but it's not actually illegal.

15:25 so wild seeing my place of work in someone elses video haha I've been driving for over 20 years, continuously, every day, all day for the most part. But I'm still on my N, having not been able to pass my Class 5 several times now in the mean time. Every time the examiner gets in my passenger door, my mind goes blank, I stutter a lot, and I can barely focus. Yet, when there's not an examiner in my vehicle, well lets just say I've had people purposly choose me to drive their kids to things because they know and trust my driving, even above theirs. Driving is second nature to me, it honestly feels like breathing. But again, once my passenger is in there to judge every eye shift I make, I may as well never have driven before 🙄
