Bryan is one of those actors that you genuinely love learning more about. There's not one ounce of him that is trying to grab attention. He's all giving. A lovely human being.
Bryan couldn't live without attention wym
I had the pleasure of meeting Bryan a few years ago. A very nice guy & genuinely likes to be around people
Walter must had an excellent time in the chemistry department.
His advice on auditions and giving a gift that people wont necessarily want is good advice for anyone in terms of being appreciated.
Absolutely wonderful, and uplifting. Thank you for making this talk available.
My god what a legend
I really wish I could erase my memories and watch Breaking Bad again...
You can..
Try taking MDMA sometime and thinking about it, it helps separate memories with emotions.
I have said this exact statement so many times!!
I could listen to Bryan Cranston talk all day long!
Damn, I didn't expect him to be this energetic and crazy.
Fascinating. Not really knowing who Bryan Cranston was, I wasn't expecting something quite so powerful.
31:00 - this is very powerful on so many different levels regardless of your background and aspirations. You realise it more and more as you get older.
Why is Heisenberg pretending to be an actor talking in an university? Is this somekind of spinn-off?
He found a new market
His new identity BIATCH.
“I used to sell furniture for a living. The trouble was, it was my own.”
hes such a good storyteller
Only clicked to see what it was about, stayed till the end :)
I would've loved to have seen Jonathan Banks in this just to witness his reaction to Bryan's rambling. BTW I enjoyed Bryan's rambling here.
When you have a dream, you’ve got to grab it and never let go.”
Please let go of my wife
Everyone be making breaking bad and Walter White jokes but to me, this man will always be Hal
Orange Juice is so damn expensive
@@thecinematicmind that stuff doesn't just grow on trees ... Oh wait it does !
good for you
That section surrounding “if you got one foot out the door you already made up your mind” was such a good reminder
One of the most entertaining I have watched!
Very charismatic North American man. Engaging, friendly and eager to impart his experience and knowledge. Good going my boy. Is the host from Hong Kong?
I’d say that’s a safe bet
How did that interviewer get the role?
Nice to hear Bryan go off on long stories without any need for “chemistry”
Brilliant
Good to see him interviewed here
Blimey. it's that bloke of Breaking Bad in the Middle!
Mr. White!
How long goes it take for videos to be uploaded after the event?
Malcom in the middle, he was great in that.
01:30...SORRY THAT GUY SITTING ON THE RIGHT..
😳😂😂😂
You just can't hate Bryan Cranston
Why would you presume anyone might hate him? On the other hand, he does espouse some rather abhorrent views and seems to mistake an ability to make believe in an entertaining manner with some kind of particular wisdom.
@@Mortimer_Duke what are those views.
In all fairness you don't really know him. He's an ACTOR!
@@Feelingcrazy__ Yeah he seems really full of himself.
Except for when he turned into Heisenberg.
Where the hell is the video from Julian Casablancas' visit to the Oxford Union?
Fr 😭 I keep checking daily to see if they’ll upload it
Seconded
The Judge? Wow, so tragic and compelling!
Is this recent or years ago
How umch did the WANH guy payde to be there
Maybe they could have found some one else to do the interview .. some one that watched his work or had done some back ground on Brain ..Brain is always so great in interviews and really did his best but but felt the interviewer fall flat
Babylon 5 did a great job of transforming two of its regular characters entirely in its five year run.
How can you interview Bryan Cranston and not see Breaking Bad? He's obviously a very dynamic actor with a lot of other accomplishments but it's sort of like interviewing Mark Hamill without seeing Star Wars. It's embarrassing, either do your due diligence or give the interview to someone else.
Bryan Cranston and Tyler The Creator have a simular interview "style" like they both give these elaborate explanations to answers, dont know in what world someone here could notice the same nuance im pointing tho haha
Why did they choose this interviewer? Otherwise, a lot of Wisdom here.
What's wrong with him?
Come on. That's the best interviewer you could muster up?
I know right
could be worse. could´ve been that muppet acting like a fonz right next to em.
The guy with the long hair sitting to the interviewer's right is hot as fuck
a very curious choice
00:38
01:03:29
This interviewer's personality tastes like an unseasoned rice cake. Bryan stomached it well.
Didn't he say he was moving to Canada after Trump won? And then never did...
@Jeff Whitman I'm a Canadian. We have enough of our own problems.
@Jeff Whitman if you voted for Biden, I hope you’re happy with his performance
"This is my wife"
*Fervent applause*
What were they applauding? Was it "well done for having a wife"? "Well done for being his wife"? "Well done for being married in general"?
Human behaviour is so strange.
some things in life are hard to value until you've experienced them crumble.
Most probably because he actually has a wife lol people can't find one these days
It’s Oxford. They view women as needing a boost to overcome “the patriarchy”
Acknowledgement of presence, i think
with that voice and intonation how do you become the moderator at of all places oxford??? they did not have anyone better??? he sounds ridiculous! on a side note Breaking bad is still the best written show on TV!
I'm often cancelled as an "Ok Boomer" with "White Privilege", funny, I am from the same time and place as Bryan, West San Fernando Valley, California, he went to high school with many of my friends, guess he gets a "special" dispensation from the inquisitors of our contemporary version of the Inquisition. LOL
Sounds as though the content of your statements are what are eliciting those reactions, then.
Cancel culture is largely a myth, and it's a poor analogy for you to compare murderous zealots who revelled in torturing people to contemporary progressives. Tell me what has been the economic consequences of people being canceled? Is it possible that, "bad publicity is still good publicity," as PT Barnum might say? Your hyperbolic comments might be why you're getting replies like, "Ok Boomer." I've never said that to anyone because I think it's rude and unnecessary. Have a good day.
@@christeuma I don't have to say a word, just show up. In the 1960's I got cancelled for having long hair, now I get cancelled for having no hair. Proves bigotry knows no bounds, and we have not "progressed" at all.
@@Paraselene_Tao In the 1950's there was a magazine in the U.S. called "Red Channels", being listed in it effectively ended your career in entertainment. That was "cancel culture" and not myth. The same human characteristics are at work today, just moved into the other political spectrum. I live in it, and can assure you, it is not myth. Ironically, Bryan Cranston did a movie about it, did you see it?
Thanks for your response. I'll reply later.
The Karen’s back just remember if you act like a troll you’ll be not be tolerated and I don’t like trolls by the way. 0:12
I'm sorry I'm not being racist wasn't there any professional one to take the interview, I mean... It's not appealing!!
Huh?
@@yatesy117 the interviewer sucks at interviewing Bryan Cranston!!
I’m not racist but? He did a great job.
Yeah, What's that accent? ScogneyShireland?
Sorry, can't understand even half of it. 🤷♂️
@@marymc6701 I think they should've got somebody who's actually seen Breaking Bad from beginning to end that's what I think could've been improved
Please appoint another host, his accent affects pronunciation. Chose anyone who speaks normal English, so everyone understands. Do not pick from China nor India 💔🤣
What a blabbermouth
Shut up, John.
@@SchwartzCenter yeah, shut up. John.
Did you really watch it all voluntarily?
