It's currently only for web apps that are from the web app store. The idea is that we have no way of uninstalling web apps from users if one of them goes rogue, so we have them redirect through github.com/risiOS/web-redirect so that we can block malicious/hacked/domain-sniped websites, warn users if someone sketchy is happening with a site (data breach, etc), or redirect users if a website switches domains. This only is applied to web apps from our web app store just as a way to moderate it if something happens to one of these sites. We think this is necessary for webapps since we can't control the website like we could with a offline package.
I don't have a clear direction atm, but I have a lot of ideas for features and such, so this will kind of be my playground to play around. I plan on it having a lot of exclusive features that other distros don't have. As someone who did videos about Linux, there's so many distributions that are similar to each other that it's really boring to watch distro reviews and such now. I'm trying to make risiOS a distro that a distro reviewer will be able to make a generally interesting video about. I'm basically trying to avoid being another ubuntu/arch with a theme distro. Funny story for the name, I was typing random words in Google Translate, and risi is albanian or something for innovative.

@@PizzaLovingNerd Having no clear direction in mind for the distro is ... alarmig. While I certainly am all for making a user-friendly out-of-the-box version of Fedora, I would not risk putting an aimless distro on my production machine.
