My daughter is a 29 degree 59 moon in Scorpio 4th house. Her birth time is correct 100%. She seems like more of a Sag moon. I have that too and as atmakaraka. I don't know what house you have that in but a Vedic astrologer told me it's not that good unless in the right house with good aspects. It can mean spiritual and creative but unlucky in love.
