Great! Finally someone has posted this kind of Frey Evolve review! I'm looking forward to the next video for Beast downhill, keep up the good job you guys!
Merci
Hello, 20ah is the capacity, It does not dictate the maximum power of the battery, The battery would need to be capable of outputting 30 amps to get maximum power many 20ah batteries can do this.
@@romaingk3430 The Bafang M620 Controller will take a maximum current of 30 Amps. V X A = Power so 52v will be slightly more power then 48v. [ah] is capacity rating of the battery and does not directly relate to power output. a 48 x 20ah battery has a slightly larger capacity then a 52 x 17.5 Both sizes should be capable of providing 30 amps to a bafang m620 motor if they are built correctly.
So what about the bike? I've been looking for a review of the Frey Neo and you guys seem to have the closest thing to it, but you only look at the motor. What are your thoughts about the bike as a whole?
Hi Mate, We will be doing more in depth reviews on the Frey ebikes in future. The Evolve is the same bike as the "Neo". Its a great well equip bike that offers a lot of value. Certainly capable of hitting the trails and having plenty of fun.

@@EpiceBikes thanks you 👌
Great motor is it available only on a byke ,or i can buy the kit and install it on my mtb?!
Good video and review. What Assist Level do you test at?
All tests are done at the maximum assist level the bike can provide.

Nice bike. Too bad it doesn't have a throttle.
