I truly believe this is one of the best episodes of Kenny Vs Spenny. Right up there with beer, octopus, and the Christmas special. It’s like an art film character study disguised as a reality tv show
such a good episode and Kenny really dished out biblical lessons in a real life situation on Spenny, it shows how Kenny is a innocent child of God & is as humble as he is brilliant.
This is my favorite episode by far. It's a perfect demonstration of how the show works: a boring competition turned into something incredibly entertaining, it has the ultimate contrasts between both Spenny and Kenny. Kenny plays an exceptionally mean spirited prank that almost makes you feel bad for Spenny until he reveals himself as a self-centered turncoat who would leave the show and his friend in a heartbeat but has to come crawling back to both all tied together by the theme of the competition itself.
I have ALWAYS said, this is the absolute BEST episode! It proves beyond any doubt what type of person that Spenny is. He threw Kenny and the show out the window at the very first chance he "thought" he had. Proves forever more than he has no morals and knows absolutely nothing about true friendship. Kenny, you're brilliant with the way you outted him was pure genius. Thank you Sir 👏👏👏
jesus christ, the glazing is insane. Its like kenny literally made this man think he had aids and pretty much goes out of his way to make him feel like a loser all the time but spenny is the bad guy cause he wants to chase a better opportunity for himself. If this was an episode where kenny pretended to be more successful and spenny acted pathetic, people would probably be commenting "wow look at how pathetic spenny is, he cant be happy for his friend and has to try to mooch off of him" I'm not saying spenny is a saint but the fandom tries way too hard to demonize him, from the way kenny does shit like put his feet in his face or scream in his ear or make him think he has aids, I'm thinking spenny is a saint for putting up with that
@@geloscopy5736nah he is a loser who was always in it for the money and too stupid too see what is really happening But the show wouldnt be this great without him being this way
Spencer "No, I'm a writer" Rice really shows his true colors in this episode. Turned his back on everything for what was essentially a glorified job interview, he didn't even land the gig and was getting so full of himself.
Andrew Ridgeley is "that guy from Wham!" and George Michael gave him a writing credit on all of the songs the band made and made sure when he made it big, his buddy Andrew would never have to work again. I cannot see Spenny Nolan Rice ever doing that.
Seeing these back to back where Spenny ditches a girl who was into him out of paranoia then fully jumping into Hollywood buying his script is triply hilarious
This is so brilliant. Spenny unable to appreciate he already has a TV show and is just dreaming about leaving for Hollywood. To think this episode had no normal competition but it was a giant rouse to expose Spenny. Absolute master class.
I like the Beatles references in this episode -- first by Spenny, then later by Kenny, & at the end Kenny has the picture of George from the White Album insert on the door. Also, I'm watching this on December the 8th. R.I.P. John.
Kenny is genuinely a genius to me. I can't even describe how much his humour formed my own personality and sense of humour. Met the two of them a couple years back, got pics, such a dope ass dude. Spenny got fucking wasted that night as well.
i love how during kissing girls, donny thought something was fishy about the random girl that was actually into spenny and suggested it was a kenny plot. but when a random script he wrote a year and a half ago somehow got in the hands of a famous LA celebrity and they wanna make a screenplay out of it Donny thinks its totally legit.
The irony of Spenny calling Kenny a narcissist lmao, he's so delusional he actually thinks De Niro himself called his personal cell phone over his dogs*** script LMAO
I consider this episode a thematic masterpiece of comedic irony played out through the most devious strategy that plays on Spenny's biggest vulnerability - his ego.
While the humiliation was not the most embarrassing one, it was the best one of the show. Not only was it mildly embarrassing for spenny, you humiliated his soul, you crushed his dreams and ambitions and all aspects of his being. Well played Kenny!
