Dirt Bristol last year was meh, but with these changes now it was so fun to watch! I also love Smoke in the booth. McDowell with 2 perfect 360 spins yet finished in the front with his teammate Gillian! A lot of amazing performances.
Liking the way the cautions were not thrown for every spin/recover. Maybe NASCAR could switch the dirt race around each year to a different short track?

The timing is off again at the beginning of the race please fix so we can watch it
And all you see it that stupid NASCAR series flag that covers the whole screen! The cameras don’t get every wreck and their were a few they never saw a replay. Sometimes I get so fed up I turn the channel. Guys I don’t need that flag, I’m not stupid, I know what I’m watching
I've lived in Kingsport TN my entire life 20 mins away from Bristol and I've never seen the tri cities this dead during race weekend and the lack of fans in the stands is sobering
Wake up NASCAR people don't like this Style Racing. Especially not Bristol. Bring back the old Bristol.
Stands were half empty. the track was a disaster. Not the NASCAR I grew up watching.

I think some people just gotta hate all the changes the future brings instead of just enjoying the entertainment
Change just to change something is how they see it and why they don't like it. I don't like change just to change something either but I see some changes in NASCAR have been good. Certainly not all of them. Eliminating innovation and killing competition is how many see the changes in NASCAR. In the end, they turn left and somebody wins so people will watch.
For COPD, ask your doctor about Breztri, every 3 minutes, I finally have had enough and I'm turning this commercial of a race off!

I hate how I somehow missed all 3 races they did like this.
And now it's apparently no more.
It's sad this has been up this long without getting the audio synced up...
on my PC it is fixed but the RUclips app on my TV seems to have the post-race audio dubbed over the race. Mike Joy spoiled the race winner for me within 30sec of starting the video on my TV
No audio issues on PC, have not tried on any other platforms.
I wait until Wednesday usually they have it fixed by then

What audio is messed up? I know the commentary audio goes out when there’s supposed to be commercials cuz this was filmed live of course.

How is it that when Reddick pitted in FIRST (as Winner of stage 2), with "non competitive" pit stops,(restart next stage in order of arrival on pit road,Reddick,P1 ) then HOW @1:49:29 does Mike Joy get Reddick starting final stage from 24th position ? Confused
Please put the post race interviews as well as the winner circle on Ytube. It was the only chance to get to know the drivers.

@@NASCAR Thank You Very Much. There was a lot of pre race and post race for Trucks this week. It was a rain race but seeing all the drivers was great! Will watch the cup race later in the week!

For all those keeping score, as of July 11, Kyle Larson 8 in the standings. Ryan Preece? 25th trailing even Chase Elliot(23rd) who missed several races.
It’s a shame they stopped racing on dirt in 2024 this was a. Very entertaining race and it’s only one a year watch these guys rotate in these corners and getting their cars sideways these cars are so over powered for the dirt making this a skills race for sure

Wayyy too many unnecessary cautions thrown in this one. The worst was the Kyle Busch one. I mean that was so pointless.
Big empty stands
I was there, there were about 30-40K people there, & on Easter Sunday to boot. The Coliseum holds 100K. So, It was still a great turnout.
Bristol holds over 150k. 30 to 40k is pathetic. Put the dirt in the field where it belongs and give the teams a weekend off.
Why when showing the in car camera does it look like the dash is pixelated out?
I think some teams don’t want their dash info out there for other teams to see either way it sucks I wish we could see the details

Not cleaning them, he’s keeping heat in them so they have grip
Idk imagine it simple to keep heat in the tires to prevent the tire pressure from dropping too much.
My wife and I are die-hard NASCAR fans. We love NASCAR. We cannot stand watching and will not watch Bristol dirt racing...... it sucks. We want the old traditional Bristol to come back. We miss it...

Screw dirt...I mean c'mon it's more of a gimmick than "grassroots".

@@andrewputnam2717 Nascar would be a circus then. Dirt is great for midgets and lower divisions, but these cars are built for speed
These drivers should know how to tackle multiple styles of race. That's the test of a truly talented driver. It's not all about speed. If it was, there wouldn't be road courses. It's about who's the complete package, and I love the lack of parity. Get good at all of the disciplines or end up in the middle of the points.

Is it just me or Kyle Larson is the only car that has 3 schemes of 2023
Stage 2, 10 to go Reddick plays long game, lifts and wins stage despite contact. Preece in stage 1, doesn't, comes off second best, race ruined so puts out fastest car cos he's having a bad night.
That's why Larson, Reddick, Busch etc are serial winners and Preece isn't. I think Preece needed to do more thinking, especially in the dirt racing. Racing like it's always 10 to go won't work.
Kyle Larson took himself out. He started the beef and then cried like a bitch when someone else ended it. Well deserved, only himself to blame.

If NASCAR wants to run a dirt race, allow them to at least run SLM dirt car with the NASCAR motor.
