Thank you for sharing. Have you considered the frequency of hair trims. My hair stylist mentions every 8 to 10 weeks. At the most 3 months. More frequent trims make you have to take less hair off. Do you feel comfortable with letting someone else trim your hair that you trust?
I'm going to start trimming my hair every 3 months. I'm interested in seeing in efficacy in length retention. I'm typically a "never say never" kinda gal, but I STRONGLY doubt I'll ever let anyone touch my hair. Especially with scissors.

how do you keep your comb on mines always popping off
I hold it mostly by the barrel and not the handle. Seems to work best for keeping the comb on.
