I recently relooked at the AI Virtual Girlfriend project and created a AI Virtual Gym Instructure based on that .. Trying to use my own Animations and model in the AI girlfriend one but for some reason the animation does not play in web The morphing can be done easily
as an FYI, if you use Azure Cognitive services SDK, it generates speech and visemes and a facial blendshapes. The blendshapes are tricky because the conflict with the visemes so I guess some sort of merge strategy is need. But it removes dependency on rhubarb.
