Jon Thurlow...our four children grew up listening to your sets in the background during much of our homeschooling years...your love for the Lord has impacted us beyond what you will ever know. Thank you

After I was first baptized in the Spirit back in 2012, Jon Thurlow’s music was my “gateway drug” to good, anointed worship music. I can still remember listening to “Jesus You’re Beautiful” alone in my apartment and just being so ministered to. Sad that he’ll no longer be leading, but excited for what comes next. God bless you Jon Thurlow!

One of the most talented and kind-hearted people I have ever met, Jon is such a pure worshipper of Jesus who brings skillfulness and excellence before the throne of God. So thankful to have met him a handful of times and here his heart for Jesus, thank you!

Amen brother, excited to see the next chapter in His ministry . I remember you chatting with him in the Breakout Sessions at Onething 2016. Hope everything is going well for you and your family.
      God Bless.

I've known Jon since his days at Nyack College in NY (2002-2004 roughly)...he also led worship at our little church in Nanuet for a year or so which was an incredible blessing. I remember sitting in his senior recital there thinking God was going to use him for something great. Thrilled to see what's next for him and his family and thankful God brought him into my life.

I just "found" IHOPKC (and Jon Thurlow) recently. My daughter and I went to the Prayer Room for the first time in August 2019 and then returned for a second time on our return trip home to Southeast Missouri. It was an unforgettable experience. Jon led one set when we were in the Prayer Room for the first time, and I immediately was drawn to his "manner" of praise. I think he is remarkable. He has so many lyrics and piano accompaniments memorized. So, I have been quite sad when I learned that he served at IHOPKC for 15 years and is now gone! Why did I have to find IHOPKC and Jon so late? I also want to say that the other musicians are blessed with talent. Everyone who sings has a beautiful voice!
While I am happy and thankful for all of the young people who are involved in keeping praise going every day and night, I hope that others who are (like Jon) in their 30's and up will continue to offer praise in the Prayer Room with their musical talents. I only say this because in my Church, there is a huge lack of young men in their 20's and also men and women in the 30--50 age range who attend Services.
Thank you, Justin, for putting Jon's final set on RUclips. I will pray that Jon returns to IHOPKC!! (Comment posted 09/08/2019)

The only reason why I want to give a "thumbs down" is because I'm sad to see Jon leave. My daughter and I LOVE Jon and all of the IHOP prayer room worship leaders and now with Onething gone, I feel like I'm going through a divorce. We went to Onething for the last 6 years. We looked forward to it every year. I used all of my Christmas money to go to Onething and was blessed to have my son and his friends go the past two years. I spent my money on them so we all could attend ONETHING. I really am going to miss it this year!!! We just LOVE soaking in The Presence of God. Thank you Jon for your music ever ministry. I hope that you will continue to sing and write music and I hope to hear it. IHOPKC, 24/7 & Onething has been such a blessing to my family!!! And I do & continue to support ONTHING/24/7 Prayer Room.
