I can confirm that due to the aforementioned heat in the room Jack did indeed have a bottle of water and later a Wall's Twister Ice Lolly. Hope that helps.
If I may ... When doing a synth demo, get to the sounds right away. Go through different kinds - leads, pads, arps, etc. - show off its range, and run through special or unique sound-manipulation features, like morphing or chord hold. If you need to talk about specs, do that at the end; write them down first, so you're not saying things like "envelopes all over the place." More than likely your customers know the details, and just want to hear how it sounds.
03:15 NOt completely true ..my nord modular g1 has master clock too ...only delay is 3ms ( good for physical modelling but no actual delay times ) The modular g2 also has master clock and actually usable delay lines
Do you have dares at Andertons to see how many innuendoes you can fit into a video lol Who doesn't like a rub inbetween tracks! 15:10 Also get a friend to wind you after lunch/beers before the next video lololol
The Lead 4 is Good .. but id say my triton still has more powerful synthesis because i can use what ever i sample as a wave table in the synths like the Open Labs Niko & Miko
Would be better to make a sort of ''Nord Lead 3 x'' , it as no aftertouch :/ Plus the Nord 3 its much more inspirational :) Thank you for the video lads
No technically 5th generation 1)Lead 2)Lead 2 3) Lead 3 4)Lead 2x 5) Lead 4 6) Lead A1 now from what I understand the lead 3 was discontinued more quickly I think
@ j-n-h-m the 'origi'n is all digital ,so is the monomachine .(except for analog outputs ) So iow they are also va ..the waveforms are generated by algoritms ...so are the filters ..( monomachine excepts samples too ) Nothing new ..digital filters exist for 30 years ..yamaha sy77 ,ry 30 ...virtual analog osc's were introduced in 1995 ...first nord lead .. I am sure if I play a sampled single saw wave , you would'nt hear the difference ....except at higher frequencies where they are prone to aliasing
the most powerful in 2013 is in a computer . or something that works with a computer like the Virus TI , or an analog synth thats part digital like the Analog4 , origin , MonoMachine ... but this is a 2 Osc virtual Analog , and i dont really care for virtual.
Keyboards just lack the rock appeal that guitars have. Only way to make these synth reviews interesting is to be blind drunk and try to make an interesting patch. Add captain twerking in background. RUclips money success!
This video is from 2013 but feels like it's from the mid 90's
Lead, Lead 2, Lead 3, Lead 2X, Lead 4
I can confirm that due to the aforementioned heat in the room Jack did indeed have a bottle of water and later a Wall's Twister Ice Lolly. Hope that helps.
This video and the comments are hilarious. Definitely watching more demos.
this guy is freaking awesome he deserves an award for best Synth, Keyboards, Workstations demo boy on youtube. Le'ts PARTY!

Its got more envelopes than the Post Office
how would the "nord lead 4" compare to the "dsi ob-6"?

it's crazy how i didn't recognize Jack initially. The bleached hair & no beard feels blaspehmous.
This was a very nice video. I have had an extreme amount of gas today. These two items are not related.
Sssh, We may have realised that the whole premise of our witty banter is in fact flawed.... Jack will be punished!
When I last checked playing Piano was not one of Rob's skills, Not sure that would have gone too well. I believe he is alive and well - fear not!
for all the Synths out there, the only reason i will get Nord lead to match my Live Setup Black and Red .

Why Hello Back!

Its multi -tombriol ????
Lee got us good! (Or someone at Andertons did... I never expected a keyboard review, rather some odd lead pedal I'd never heard about.)
August fools!

I see it's just me and you here.
It's the 5th in the Lead range tho....
😆Look at Jack! He looks like an infant!
'as Jack been drinkin'?
Where's Chappers? I heard he got zapped by his amp and died.
Show so lead sounds, play some blues scale licks and be expressive.
Surely this brand new cutting edge synth can make better sounds than this
Why hello friend.

hahaha.

I think Jack is a fiddler at home.
