Christmas Candy anyone...
Make Rocky Road with those Marshmallows for the holidays...
Easy recipe:
1) mini Marshmallows
2) peanuts of choice; some people like Roasted & salted, some just Roasted, & others like dry roasted~ it's really a personal preference
3) add nuts & Mallos to bowl & combine;
4) Melt a bag or two of keto chocolate (milk or dark depending upon preference). Amount will depend upon the amount of Mallows & nuts.
5) Add chocolate to nut/Mallow mixture & stir until everything's coated.
6) turn out onto a greased or parchment lined pan & press down to remove air pockets, or drop with scoop onto lined cookie sheets in clusters
7) once cool, cut & store in airtight container.
Disclaimer: Regular Rocky Road stores for several weeks on the counter, as is, without refrigeration. However, these Marshmallows have absolutely no instruction for storage once opened, so I can't say if it's the same... just saying!

You can toast some coconut in a dry pan. Melt some chocolate in the microwave or over hot water. Lay the marshmallows on a plate. Drizzle with melted chocolate, then sprinkle on the coconut. Let the chocolate harden. Delish. I make my own keto marshmallows, drop them into a bag with the coconut til coated, then lay them out on a plate and drizzle with melted chocolate.
Did you see on Victoria's kitchen she makes keto corn syrup, or a version of it...

I make cereal marshmallow treats with Carolina Crunch cereal squares, butter, and Choc Zero marshmallows! Easy and delish!

Melt marshmallows with a little butter. Use that as frosting on a keto cupcakes, cakes or add to keto rice crispies and make treats.
Marshmallow is full of sugar. This video isn’t keto friendly
@@Truthman44 I've looked at several recipes for keto marshmallows. I think this would work in making treats.
@@kimbare7434 if your on a keto diet then marshmallows aren’t healthy. Unless you’re healthy enough too eat this and discipline enough to not make this daily. Read the labels it’s fake sugars in these items that can get you out of ketosis. Avoid sweetened like dextrose surculose and etc. you should check out dr berg he does a great job breaking down all of this.

One of your best videos! As for the Choc Zero Marshmallows…they make mini marshmallows which I will mix in with my keto ice cream (especially when I make chocolate) and now they have freeze dried marshmallows which are like the marshmallows in Lucky Charms. I mix those with ice cream also and my keto cereal. Or just eat a serving of them when craving a sweet dessert. I guess I am technically keto also. 😂😂

I use the S’Mallows to make rice krispy treats with keto cereal. Soooo good!! Inventory also roasted them while camping - delicious!

I really like the Choc Zero marshmallows. To me they have more vanilla flavor than just sugary sweet. I just got some of the freeze-dried mini marshmallows. They are crunchy and just sweet enough.

Rip Van's my goto for something sweet and indulgent. Choc Zero has an amazing cookie butter that rivals Biscoff. There are definitely more Keto options now than previously. I'm amazed at how creative cooks have become in making Keto version of different foods. It helps one keep on the Keto journey.

You've heard of Rice Krispy treats, so use the keto marshmallows and make a similar treat with Catalina Crunch.
Used the keto marshmallows for a brownie recipe from low carb love. Really good.

I love the sugar-free marshmallows! I make crispy treats with them. I sometimes use keto granola and add a little peanut butter or I will make them like rice crispies, except substitute, Catalina crunch, cereal in place of the rice crispies. Yummy!

Steve from Serious Keto made chocolate rice crispy candy bars with Pro Mix Protein Puffs and I always wondered if it would work with making "rice crispy bars" using Smallows, they were my grandson's favorite treat.
The way I really liked using marshmallows was with a recipe I saw called dilly bars which was melting marshmallows, chocolate and peanut butter and adding some cereal to make a kind of fudge/ rice krispie treats. But it was overly sweet, I couldn't today eat that. You can also make customized diy chocolate bars for Christmas 🎄🎁 adding marshmallows and nuts for gifts or for you 😊

You CAN buy freeze-dried marshmallows now, and there are sugar-free ones now! They are the same Smallows from ChocZero. They don’t have the Lucky Charms flavor but they are great in hot cocoa!

1 stick butter
2 small bags sf keto marshmallows
6 oz bag sf chocolate chips
3/4 c peanut butter
1 box keto peanut puff cereal
Melt everything except the cereal over low heat, pour in about 5-6 cups cereal and mix gently. Dump into greased 9x9 pan and press into an even layer. Let cool.

I made a choc zero smore with the choc zero chocolate chips and used a regular graham cracker (1/2 of the cracker to stay within my carb allowance :P). But anywho the marshmallow burns so well! You should try it!

If you have a fix for 'rice crispy treats' I have melted the ChocZero Smallows, melted butter, and combined with Catalina Crunch Honey Graham Cereal. It tasted exactly like 'rice crispy treats'.

My thought on the marshmallow recipe is... make a crust with hazelnut flour, add chocolate and top with marshmallows and brown/melt the mallows ....
