Your property is so awesome but your lawn needs more water. It shouldn't be brown during the warm weather. Check the irrigation in those areas Jared. You don't want your beautiful sod to die out. (I work for a landscape company in WI) Have a great day!!! And...your family is precious!
Boxer Mom when i lived in utah i had the same problem with dry grass even though we had irrigation going 3-4 times a week and the grass was still so dead, hoping they don't have the same luck as us!

Also, go to Hobby Lobby and get some of those long hanging vines of ivy or others plants to help cover some of the cement and esp. over the opening of the hobbit hole! Also be leary about using sand outside like that without a cover, as neighboring or stray cats like to use as a litter box. It's one of the ways little ones to contract, hand foot and mouths disease or sometimes called Fifths Disease. Don't quote me on that, as mine have grown up now!

Just a tip, do with it what you will but, you might want to consider adding a cover to your hobbit hole now that it has sand. Cats from the neighbourhood might want to use it as a litter box.

I used to eat pineapple upside down cake, she can also make an amazing thin layer chocolate cake on sunday dinners at my grandma`s house so it brings back memories i bet in pancake form it`s even more better! also happy birthday olivia hope it was a good one! i`m loving the lake day vlogs (:

OMGosh, I LOVE watermelon!! Its my favorite Summer fruit!! I like it with a little salt tho!! It brings out the sweetness!!
My Mom makes pineapple upside down cake too. Its so yummy. She always replaces the water with the pineapple juice in the can (then uses water to make up the difference if she needs more liquid).

I live near a beach but really wish we had a lake/reservoir like yours too! It looks so relaxing and fun! We always say that God is an awesome painter when we see a sunset like that!
