I have tremendous anxiety and insomnia, and it had gotten to a place where I had watched so many ASMR videos to help me sleep that it was no longer effective. This video popped up as recommended so I gave it a shot and I am so happy I did! The gentle tapping and careful movements produced the most subtle but highly effective sounds! You have restored my faith in ASMR again! I can’t wait to watch more of your videos!
