They clearly now have HT VR. buttons. I remember when they were MT VR.

David Ng I don't think they were replaced to HT VR, they might’ve just changed the illumination light in the fixtures because the layout is MT VR, believe me I've seen a lot of stuff kinda like this. Also, I saw your videos of the elevators here and I really enjoyed them! The scenic tower elevator was modernized by Schindler as the rest of the elevators here are Schindler and Liberty Science Center definitely has a contract with Schindler because I noticed how they changed the lights in some of the buttons. The tower scenic elevator is very tall and may still be inground hydraulic or converted into traction but I do know it was probably modernized around 2013 or 2014 because when I was here in June of 2013 on my 6th grade class trip, I remember the tower scenic elevator still having Older Adams Fixtures and it was definitely an ESCO elevator from 1993 which was very similar to the former ESCO scenic elevator that was here before they put in the Schindler elevators when they renovated and expanded this museum in 2007. I remember riding that ESCO Hydraulic Glass Elevator in the atrium area here (that elevator was ripped out in 2007) and it was VERY similar to the tower one which was also an ESCO that got modernized by Schindler in 2013/2014. Ahhh those memories as a small child riding on the ESCO Hydraulic Glass Elevator in the atrium area here and I remember the floors being (*FL, 1, 2, 3).

I believe these are actually 500A, as these seem to have a heavier build, despite the "400A chimes." I'm not sure if 400A ever used MT.

      @@Elevatorboy886 that’s a 500A indicator. And the layout is the same as a 500A.
