I know when the trucks are built they are spec'd with two, four, or more speakers in the case of a sleeper. The only place I can think of to add a sub comfortably is under the bottom bed inside a sleeper. I've never added one myself but I don't see why it wouldn't work. If there's no specified output for it then you'd have to tap into the wiring of one of the speakers.
