I am british born chinese and i used to be in the police, from my experience you can report it on 101 non emergency and give the still footage (print it out) to the officer to make enquires via visiting local schools to identify the boys and offences involved. The police will then visit them 👍
Strongly recommend you report the incident to 101 as suggested by DJ. They pose a risk to themselves and to the other road users. These kids will be cautioned on first offence, and served with asbo on repeated offences.

I can already tell you a public order offence is captured on camera, anti social behaviour, threatening and intimating behaviour. These kids are just thick and trying to show off to their peer, and see this a fun. They are unlikely to hurt you. Never escalate the conflicts or have direct confrontations with them. Must be aware of gangs who may be carrying knives.
