ABOUT SOUTHERN CHARM:
This season on Southern Charm, Kathryn looks to take her place at the top of the social hierarchy, next to the matriarch of Charleston, Patricia; while managing a new house, new boyfriend and new sense of self. Cameran accepts her life as a mother and struggles to find a work-life balance that allows her to keep her edge. Craig has a renewed sense of self and hires a personal assistant to keep him on track. Austen is in a new relationship with Madison, and working on getting his beer distributed in Charleston. Shep, skeptical of Austen’s new relationship, is still flying solo but learning the art of responsibility by becoming a puppy dad to a new dog, aptly named Little Craig. Chelsea settled down with a long-distance boyfriend and renovated her new house on James Island. Naomie has a new relationship and began her own company. Eliza works to find her place in the group, especially when her past alliances come into light.

I loved it when she stopped at MacDonald’s and ordered a cheeseburger and ate it in the backseat and her butler poured her drink and a little table in the back to eat on. Way to go Patricia! A true southern lady, even when eating a MacDonald’s cheeseburger!

I think it would be a great show if they had her as the grand dame of a charm school, where they take random women, and clean them up, and teach them how to act like a perfect southern belle. Kinda like the movie trading places. It would be a hooot!

@@iamjoshdunbar I appreciate any person that is able to admit their mistakes. I have been through a scenario similar to Kathryn whereas I had to admit I was addicted to chemicals and was powerless to help myself. It takes a lot to speak in public about it because people STILL and will always think less of you even though we know more about addiction now then ever before and its effect on our brains and bodies causing disease.
I know what it feels like to have genuine AMENDS be reciprocated back and I like that Patricia publicly forgave her and said she made mistakes too! Not everyone will accept amends and it takes growth on both parts. This is what I meant and it is a nice display of healing and growth from the both of them. :-)

@@iamjoshdunbar I would not say that I 'easily' adored her as it took time through the seasons/years, she started communication with Kathryn more after learning what happened and I also interacted with her on Instagram.

Yes it is, I think southern people who are very wealthy uses this word. Also what's hilarious to me is to hear a person with a southern accent trying to speak french, it's hilarious. Not like Patricia she does have a southern accent but unlike the ones from the deep south.
