You got the body parts/performance parts For some reason, the items disappear if you quit the game, but any parts you already installed to your car didn't. Just retype the code to get them back.

Extra: Beep means you entered the right code. If you entered the code, but you didn't hear any 'beep' sound, restart and retype.
