It's like the Venge was trying to decide in the first half whether to be a hero or a griefing villain, really straddling the line, and then decided to be a hero after all for the second half 😄
in my experience masochist is better. 15% extra damage on your ult and E is super noticable and impactful. you farm much, so you can just get enough stats, bkb or spell lifesteal for the reflect to not matter much. plus the reflected dmg doesnt work on creeps which is good

Sven still starts with 55 damage level 1 with that facet. so its not terribe. However, the bonus damage he gets from strength is addded and bonus damage, not base, so it doesnt scale with his god strength. If they changed it to base damage, it would be alot better.
Masochist is insanely good, u get to 25% spell dmg with kaya, and u can do the refresher build with bkb shivas kayasange and refsher. 15% masochist 12% kayasange 15% shivas and whatever neutral u can find. Endgame u deal 3k+ dmg with ult that deletes heroes without even counting the double shivas double scream. Masochist is quite viable and the dmg return it tickles most of the game but the extra spell dmg makes qop farming insanely faster than the other facet.
So you can now die to a stray spell lol. The only reason bm qop was viable was because spell lifesteal used to work with blade mail and that was broken with old lvl 25 talent of 80% lifesteal(it might be more forgot exact number). Blademail now is grief 80% of the time
i think Masochist can work as a support; some sort of voodoo > glimmer > atos build prioritizing shard to cauze chaos

New patch is still a nerf for qop tho. The laning phase is quite hard without her dagger life steal. But mid to late game it’s good.
Uhm dagger lifesteal is not there in the 1st place... and qop is still a goodlaner
