I don't think Angel ever takes Nuggets out of his room so unless Val gets into the hotel without being killed by Alastor or Vaggie and is able to find Angel's room I don't see how he would kill Nuggets. There's a better chance he would kill Angel's brother before he got to Nuggets. Honestly, Val's a d*ck but I don't think he would go that far he knows Angel is stuck to him so there's no reason to do all that plus Vox isn't going to let him go to the hotel so Nuggets and everyone else associated with Angel is safe.

Angel didn't have anyone but Cherri so I don't think that clause exist. Angel isn't close to his brother and his father probably dislikes him for leaving the family business and becoming the Angel Dust we all know and love and Molly is in heaven so Val definitely can't hurt her. I always thought if something happens to the studio would Angel be free because Val can do anything he wants to Angel there but technically can't do anything to Angel in his off hours.

just to let you know guys: do you notice this: Val is the overlord and Angel is the sinner, there is a chance that Val would come back to life again because only angel weapons kill the sinners/hellborns and never come back to life. However, Val's rank is higher rank than Angel Dust because of course, he is an overlord, but in reality spiders eats moths and i hope this comic would be cannon.
I mean as much as I hate Val and love angel dust, and I would love this to be canon it never could as easily as angel just getting angry and turning demon form because it wouldn't matter how angel dust kills him or even eats him he'll come back to life assuming angel a sinner could defeat an overlord to begin with, which I find just totally unlikely.
