I would panic at first then slowly realize what's going on😭 and then go w/ the flow
I used to panic😢, but thinking deeply it isn't for me😊❤ there's nothing we can do and if we calm down and think, we can solve the problem 🤗😉

Idk why but I feel that if something goes wrong as soon as I wake up then the whole days will have its impact and because of this I end up worrying abt the day
I have tried not to focus on milk that has already spilled but it doesn't go all that well.
I just go to sleep if too much goes wrong hoping it would be fine when I wake up(in short I panic like crazy af)
