Why has it taken us so long to comprehend what Jesus told His original disciples? They asked Jesus to teach them to pray & He commenced with "Our Father ...." It is overwhelming to me that Jesus says "Our" -His Father & My Father = "Our Father" - if we weren't on our knees already then this should humble us & put us there. Jesus instructs - start with "Our Father". (see Luke 11 & also Matthew 18)
