I agree! I think a lot producers keep things too simple and make the same stuff. I try to keep my cinematic music different to the music of others because this type of music is less available. Also going on your point, producers today stick to just hurrying up and not caring about taking time in their projects. You’re not a music producer or artist if you do not nurture your projects.
Oh.. are you into simple instrumentals? I produce mainly cinematic instrumentals but they all have too many moving parts to it. It’s interesting even simple beats are great because it diversifies your skill into looking at specific components, and letting them speak for the track!
