- I have been experiencing night terrors on and off for about 4 years now. They can be very terrifying and scary to mild and unbothered. This is my story that has happened to me!

Yikes, this sounds so spooky and not fun at all! I've experienced sleep paralysis before. Similar feeling of knowing there's something sinister in the room, but when I tried to yell or roll over to get help from my partner, I struggled to get a tiny moan out or move at all. Luckily, it hasn't happened in over a decade. The last time I experienced it, I was under a huge amount of stress from an emotionally abusive relationship, had just moved back into my parents' house (also stressful), and had gotten in a huge, scary argument with my partner at the time. I would definitely point to stress/anxiety and/or being in an unfamiliar place in my case. I'm not sure any of this parallels anything you're going through currently or in the past. But my goodness, I wish you all the best at sorting this out. I truly hope you don't have to go through a full crazy sequence like that one from 2019/2020 again!! ❤
I had this happen to me exactly what your are describing multiple times over the course of a period of time in my life where I felt very vulnerable. The only thing that made it stop was calling out to Jesus Christ and beginning to read the bible, I was the furthest from being a Christian until this happened. It never ever happened again once I started believing. Worked for me, but that’s my journey. Happy to have a real conversation with you about this if you feel like you need to talk.

Get checked for sleep apnea,my daughter was having night terrors and it turned out her tonsils were so inlarged it was causing sleep apnea and that was causing the night terrors. She had her tonsils out and they stopped.
just out of the world of strange had one two hours ago. I dont have these usually maybe stress . It was about a dude with a very large knife in an apartment complex, however the dude had body changing capability into a teen woman and my friend who was hidding with me.
Its in your subconscious could be alot of things cause this i had this as a young kid i seen horror movies at a young age my brother smoked alot of weed around me one of the affects of weed is psychosis its rare but could have set the stage for it

@aunaturelmama if you dream in color, then are you really asleep? Sleep is my favorite past time , have sleep apnea, so now I have my cpap and don't drink. I love it. The only dream that bothers me is the true love ones. ❤️ head up, and I hope you are sitting in the sun 🌞 since it's wonderful out right now. Think your just north of me. Mount a gopro on a bicycle up shot and ride on a bouncy trail. Get your giggle on. 😃
