Biff same with gunlock special= up up- cross forward-B (Fist I mean) Titan=grab him with A then back down up and Fist(B) you may fail at first butkeep trying and you will succeed at 2 or 3 rd try. Grater=A(grab) up forward up and B Scorpion= A up-down B Haggar and Oni= You need a gamepad to do their special its almost impossible with keyboard you need to circle the movement button 180 degree starting from forward its like C and fist (first you need to grab your opponent first ofc) Rasta=Almost same with scorpion but Im just not sure if it was A then up-down or exact opposite down-up B Stinger=A then forward up forward B Jumbo= A back forward and you need to circle again all the way to back then B sorry its a bit hard
Biff and Gunlock= G+ W-D and then fist buttton which is your H button. hold on W button a little before pressing D do some practice you will succeed. RASTA= G+ s+w(down-up) and H ONİ=Haggar Dont try to do their specials its impossible with keyboard you need a gamepad for that becoz you need to do a circle movement with analog its like C and then h+j(press both of them at same time use macro for this) TİTAN= G+ a+s+w(back down up) + H GRATER= G+ W+D+W(up forward up) + H JUMBO=G+ W A D(up back forward) +H STİNGER= G+ D W D(forward up forward) + H SCORPİON=G+ W-D(up down)+H

They're "almost" separate entities. But they're all parented by Capcom Japan.

Sort of yes, They hate another division taking money from another. It's why they region lock console games.
