Thank you so much for taking the time to doing these benchmarks as Zen 4 will take a while for mainstream adoption so it's interesting to see the results now.
@@DasSheep just use nvidia shadowplay, i personally used obs too but it had issues with stutters and performance penalty, shadowplay have no issues and very minimal fps impact up to 10% depending on resolution and bitrate
@@h1tzzYT shadowplay (even at very high bit-rate) looks terrible compared to uncompressed OBS recording on RUclips . I’ve tried uploading several test recordings on RUclips to see how their compression will affect the final video and OBS looked the best. Stutter was only because it was generating more data than my poor HDD can write. It didn’t affect gameplay at all
Not at all, that's actually not running that hot. The new Gen is meant to run at 95 degrees comfortable and stable. And if you unlock and overclock it, you can go up to 115 degrees no problem. They are meant to get out.
85 is not hot at all, if you are running the processor at 100% you should be concerned if it gets above 90 C°. The limit is 100C°, at that temperature you will have thermal throttling
@@acs90ttx Anything over 65c is outside safe heat range. Over 80c is going to do long-term damage to your cpu. Just because your cpu hasn't literally started melting and you're used to pushing the limit doesn't mean it isn't extremely hot.
@@acs90ttx You're gauging what is "safe" as the max a cpu can take before it overheats and throttles itself before it shuts down. If you're playing for long hours at 90c+ then your cpu isn't going to last very long. An i9 12900k runs most modern games at 50c.
That'd be a crime. I don't think anyone wants to incriminate themselves with a post that is stored externally from your own system. Just look it up and you'll find it. Trust me, finding roms isn't hard. But for legal reasons, I'll just say I can not condone piracy. Got that youtube...
It could do 100+ fps with more patches disabling other post-fx, I left most of the heavy ones on for best graphics and I also want to see if I can push for the best image quality while still have at least 60fps. With those patches enabled the game will look a lot worse.
@@DasSheep you are right my friend, but this game upscale well without any patch, really? i mean 4k works?.. i think it will be interesting to see side by side ps4 remasterd and this.. sorry if my english is bad,

Incredible without patches 😁
You are the best!
Just comparing the first section it's roughly twice as fast as my 5800X, which regularly drops under 30fps with these settings. Not bad.
the performance is very good and also i didn't know they put patch for skip cutscene that's very good i should play again once more
Do you think you can test ECO mode to see how much of a difference at lower TDPs like 65W?
can you test gow ascension?
i subbed
Will You Test Metal Gear Solid 4 Please
4k60 easily
This... This is a monster not a CPU.
please I need to know how you put that theme to the emulator
Nice
👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
The performance is great and with cache should be better, have any idea about the the stutters?
I explained it in the video description ↑↑
if you are talking about zen 4 3d cache version it wont perform better than this, check 5800x vs 5800x3d in rpcs3

How do you get it on pc?
MGS 3 HD and MGS4 PLEASE
lol 7950X and still drops below 60 fps looks like with rpcs3 low performance is no longer a hardware issue but highly unoptimized code execution
Will you get the 4090 ;
Not yet, maybe if 4090Ti comes out
85 degrees? Damn, that's pretty toasty. Looks like the new processors require some major cooling.

@@AmyZonkers the melting point of silicon is 1410 C°, with 90 degrees you can rest assured, more than that is a bit unsafe in the long term.
