The invisalign guy: the maker community is an amazing place. The guy probably had the printer, software, and knowledge just laying around to do this and only needed to buy the dental thing. Once you've learned this stuff and are comfortable working with it and changing things on the fly, this whole thing would be fairly low effort. Once agian, this community has some incredibly talented people.
For the piano one my friends mom has been playing piano for almost 36 years now and she can do the same. I am also learning how to do that on the piano as well!
