Webinar: Exploring Emerging Medi-Cal Community Care Hubs

In collaboration with the California Health Care Foundation (CHCF), Aurrera Health Group conducted an extensive study exploring the emerging landscape of Medi-Cal Community Care Hubs and their role in the delivery of new services available through Medi-Cal including CalAIM Enhanced Care Management (ECM), Community Supports, the Community Health Worker (CHW) benefit, and the doula benefit. On Friday, November 15, 2024, Aurrera hosted a webinar highlighting the project's findings, including the value of Medi-Cal hubs, various models deployed to address community needs, key market considerations, and best practices from organizations engaged in the work.
