Are there any ways to keep track of the time that the players play their games? for instance a PC let's say a player comes in and plays for 3 hours is there a way that you can have a laptop and check how many hours players played or do the same thing for PlayStation is there a way to manage this for instance on PC you could probably ask a company to make you a software software but on PlayStation that is not possible because changing their software will cause the device to be banned is there a way to do it through servers for instance let's say a player comes in they say they will play for 3 hours you could you know prompt the server to turn on the device for 3 hours again this is doable for PC but I want to know how this is possible for PlayStation's and Xboxes and if there is a tool that is already built for this could anyone please tell me the name of it

Greedy ass game devs want you to pay 1000s for a commercial game license for each specific game and each console...its very difficult to start a gaming lounge unless you have some capital to pay for a lawyer and know your stuff
