i can't even form coherent sentences yet, just know that i LOVED everything about it and i LOVED where they took villaneve's story ❤️
anyways, i edited this on my five-hour train ride today, because AS IF i could do anything else.

Villanelle being the bigger one really breaks my heart. Reading about some reviews online talking bout how V was smiling slyly as Eve turned ard, commenting on how she prob was certain that Eve would do so, I don't think it's just that. It's more than that, V knows very well that Eve may not turn back and she's taking a big leap letting Eve go and letting her live her life. And we all know that V isn't like that, the things she wants, she wouldn't let them go easily. The mere act of her resting her head on Eve symbolising that potential last chance to ever feel her again, shows that she's unsure about the outcome. I really hope something good comes out of this relationship
and it shows V's development from Season 2 when she declared "your mine" as a way to try and keep Eve. Now, she understands it has to be Eve's choice to stay.

for me her smilling when she was turning was like "maybe she is just one more that will leave me, so why should i expect something else" and then when se sees Eve right there her smile changes like "yeah she is the one, she loves me"
Totally agree! Leaning into Eve's back, resting her head... it seemed like she was saying good-bye to Eve. And why would V look so utterly heartbroken while walking away? A few moments before V turns around, it looks like she takes some kind of a deep(er) breath - like she has to work up a little bit of courage and brace herself.
Jodie Comer is just insanely good in this scene... wow.
I agree ! the way she’s crying as she walks away, and how you can see her pause before she turns back - she knew there was a chance eve would turn, but I think she also knew there was a chance that was goodbye. the bit where she tips her head back onto eve’s makes me so emotional gah

I love the "Choices! It is all about choices!" bit at the end. It's a perfect fit for V and Eve in the finale. Lovely edit - as always!
For me, this final scene of season 3 would have been a nice series finale. But hopefully, we're still at least 15 seasons away from this final scene :)

Juja Delano, as much as I hate to say it, S.3 epi 8 could be a nice series finale. Who knows when filming will be allowed in GB? Not to mention the health of everyone...A year or two is too long to wait for me. I'm fine if this was the last episode. ..tears and all.

Because of the pandemic lots of shows have postponed shooting with the actors I hope s4 will air at the same time of year in 2021 we just have to wait now 😢
They said Season 4 will air in 2022, because they will start shooting earliest in spring 2021 :(

Omg I cried so much last night. It was really perfect!!! The characters have evolved so much! Eve finally recognized her love for V and V is finally ready to let Eve go if she wants to. This show is amazing, i will miss it.
I don't want V to let go of E. They need each other more than ever now, they understand each other and do have love for each other PLUS they'll make a badass team #TeamVandE ♥️♥️

I know for sure that. Villanelle and eve in season 4 are not going to stay apart for long. It's not happening I mean the way they search for each other and think about each other. The way they look at each other. They worry about each other. The way they walked away and turned back and gave a small little smile. You know they won't stay away from each other.
The finale for season 3, made me cried 😭, it was so raw and the bond between Eve and Villanelle became so much complex.
The timing of the ‘just come home’ and V’s head lean was everything
i'm obsessed with this show and i can't stop thinking about it!!! seriously i need to get a life but this season destroyed my mental health

Very satisfying. Let's just admit , we are all obsessed with thier "natural" love. Well V did turn a couple of dials to make it happen hahaha great job.
Villanelle doesn't know how important she is to eve and eve doesn't know how important she is to villanelle, they both truly love each other and you can totally see it in the finale, the fact that eve turned around means SO much because villanelle gave her a chance to leave, become what she calls "like them" but eve couldn't do that because villanelle was to important to her and she couldn't lose her once again, that smile villanelle was showing was a smile of relief from eve turning around, she immediately knew eve LOVES her too! I can't wait to see how season 4 prevails and the relationship these two are 100% going to be having!!!
I'm crying this is so beautiful, their story, Vilanelle's character development is one of the most beautiful I have ever witnessed I already miss this show! I must say I felt so relieved after seeing the finale it filled me with hope! That being said I absolutely love your work I think it wonderfully shows excatly how Vilanelle's character is developing! Thank for this wonderful piece of art!

Two people so alike and so apart in ideals, but so caring and wishful for happiness.
